COOKING MANAGEMENT
20220225821 · 2022-07-21 ·

A cooking management system is described that identifies a customer and orders a product for the customer based at least on current temporal data. The cooking management system identifies customers associated with previous product requests that occurred during a predetermined range of time based at least on a comparison of current temporal data with temporal data associated with the previous product requests. The cooking management system causes presentation of identifiers of the identified customers on a display. Responsive to determining that the identifier for a particular customer has been selected, the cooking management system automatically causes a cooking device to prepare a product for the particular customer based at least on customer data associated with the particular customer.

REMOTE COOKING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
20220223025 · 2022-07-14 ·

A remote temperature monitoring system includes a first unit operatively connected to one or more temperature sensors for sensing the temperature of one or more materials or food items being cooked or heated. The first unit transmits the sensed temperature to a second unit that is located remotely from the first unit during heating. The second unit is programmable with the desired temperature and/or heating parameters of the item. By monitoring the temperature status of the item over time, the system determines when the food has reached the desired temperature or degree of cooking, and notifies the user.

Method for controlling a cooking appliance

The present disclosure provides a cooking appliance control method, a control device, and a cooking appliance. The cooking appliance acquires cooking effect evaluation information of a cooking appliance provided by a user. The cooking effect evaluation information comprises a plurality of evaluation dimensions for evaluating cooking effects of the cooking appliance and scores of the plurality of evaluation dimensions. The cooking appliance adjusts control parameters of the cooking appliance according to the cooking effect evaluation information, so as to control the cooking of the cooking appliance according to the adjusted control parameters. By adjusting the control parameters of the cooking appliance according to the cooking effect evaluation information, the cooking appliance ensures that the final cooking effect satisfy the requirements of the user and improves the use experience of the user.

ROASTING AND GLAZING APPARATUS

A roasting and glazing apparatus includes a roaster, an agitator mounted within the roaster bowl for mixing a mixture of nuts and sugar during a roasting or glazing operation, a heater controlled to heat the roaster bowl during the roasting or glazing operation, and a cover removably mounted to the roaster bowl. The cover includes a reservoir for receiving water from a user and restricting water flow from the reservoir into the mixture of nuts and sugar in the roaster bowl. The cover and the roaster bowl together define a vent on a side of the cover opposite the reservoir. The vent is configured to direct steam out of the roaster bowl in a direction away from the reservoir.

Enhanced automated food making apparatus

A method for operating an automated food making apparatus having a motor, actuator arm, and an apparatus. The apparatus may be a paddle with flexible fins. The method rotates the paddle with a pin-shaft mechanism to dispense an ingredient placed in a canister, controls the motor automatically based on weight sensor readings, and locates a position of the actuator arm with position sensors. The same motor dispenses ingredients from a plurality of canisters. The method may have a plurality of paddle rotation and weight measurement steps until a target weight is reached. The plurality of paddle rotation steps may be unidirectional or bidirectional paddle rotation. The paddle may be rotated according to one or more paddle rotation algorithms, an error recovery algorithm, or different algorithms based on the amounts of ingredients remaining in the canister. The paddle may be rocked until the target weight is achieved.

An air frying appliance has a housing with an open interior and a plurality of air frying systems each including a heating element for heating air and a fan for circulating the heated air. One or more removable partitions are adapted to create open interior portions equal in plurality to the plurality of air frying systems, each open portion in communication with one of the air frying systems. One or more open-topped primary pots are adapted for insertion into the open interior and adapted to cooperate with one or all of the air frying systems to create one or more cooking chambers within which the heated air is circulated. Each air frying system is controllable to cause one or both of its fan and heating element to operate independently.
