Cooking tool, interworking system between the cooking tool and kitchen appliances, and control method of the cooking tool interworking with the kitchen appliances
A cooking tool is disclosed, which comprises a fastening portion detachably provided in a cooking vessel provided above or inside a kitchen appliance to cook food; a sensor sensing a temperature of food which is cooked in the cooking vessel; a transmitter transmitting temperature information sensed by the sensor to the kitchen appliance as an electric signal; and a controller controlling the transmitter to transmit the temperature information sensed by the sensor as an electric signal.
COOKING APPLIANCE CONTROL METHOD AND CONTROL DEVICE, COOKING APPLIANCE AND CONTROL APPARATUS
The present disclosure provides a cooking appliance control method, a control device, and a cooking appliance. The cooking appliance acquires cooking effect evaluation information of a cooking appliance provided by a user. The cooking effect evaluation information comprises a plurality of evaluation dimensions for evaluating cooking effects of the cooking appliance and scores of the plurality of evaluation dimensions. The cooking appliance adjusts control parameters of the cooking appliance according to the cooking effect evaluation information, so as to control the cooking of the cooking appliance according to the adjusted control parameters. By adjusting the control parameters of the cooking appliance according to the cooking effect evaluation information, the cooking appliance ensures that the final cooking effect satisfy the requirements of the user and improves the use experience of the user.
Non-stick coating with improved hydrophobic properties
The present invention generally relates to anti-stick coatings for cooking utensils, which exhibit improved properties of hydrophobicity and resistance to high temperature. The present invention also relates to a culinary article comprising a support coated in said coating, and a process for applying on the support such a coating according to the invention.
COOKING APPLIANCE WITH A USER INTERFACE
A cooking appliance can include a cooking chamber and an imaging device for capturing an image of a food item inside the chamber. A computing device can be configured to compute a parameter for the food item based on the captured image which can be displayed on a user interface.

Roasting and glazing apparatus and method of cleaning thereof
A method of cleaning a roaster bowl having a pouring lip and a cover (e.g., sugar or other coating is adhered to the bowl, its pouring lip and the cover). Water is added to the roaster bowl and the cover is placed over the roaster bowl. An appropriately sized and located steam vent is disposed between the cover and roaster bowl, adjacent to the bowl's pouring lip. The roaster bowl is heated to boil the water to produce steam that dissolves the sugar adhered to the roaster bowl and to the underside of the cover. Steam exiting the bowl via the vent condenses on the pouring lip to dissolve the sugar that is adhered to the pouring lip, and the sugar-laden steam drips back into the bowl thus cleaning the pouring lip.
