Dynamic recipe control
Nutritional substance systems and methods are disclosed enabling the tracking and communication of changes in nutritional, organoleptic, and aesthetic values of nutritional substances, and further enabling the adaptive storage and adaptive conditioning of nutritional substances.
Automatic cooker
A system and method to address the shortcomings of previous and existing designs by incorporating novel and unique features allowing the invention to perform well for a wide variety of popular dishes and meal solutions. Some embodiments of the present invention include a kitchen countertop barrel cooker which rotate bite size or smaller food ingredients around a horizontal axis and use a unique tumbler blade design which also rotates food around perpendicular horizontal axes resulting in thorough mixing and equalization of temperature throughout. The resulting uniform temperature allows readings from a non-contact infrared sensor to be relevant and effective for automatically assessing and controlling doneness. The embodiments vary primarily in how ingredients are handled. Each allows the draining of unwanted liquid from the ingredient contents during cooking or before unloading.
INTEGRATED COOKING SYSTEM WITH PIANO MUSIC PLAYER
The embodiments herein provide a piano cuisine apparatus for integrating music and food. The apparatus comprises a wooden case in the shape of a piano for housing a musical keyboard. Different musical sounds are generated upon pressing each key in the musical keyboard. The hot plates are attached on the top surface of the wooden case for providing a flat heating surface for cooking or reheating the food. The shelves are attached to the wooden case for providing an open storage space to store the cooking related items. Drawers are provided within the wooden case for providing an enclosed storage space for storing the cooking related items. A sink is attached on top surface of the wooden case for providing a bowl-shaped plumbing fixture for washing hands, dishwashing, and other similar purposes while cooking.

GAS CONTROL VALVE, HOB AND GAS OVEN
A gas control valve for a hob includes a valve housing, and a valve body accommodated in the valve housing. The valve body is rotatable in a predetermined direction of rotation from a closed position, in which the gas control valve is closed, into an open position, in which the gas control valve is open. The valve body is rotatable in the predetermined direction of rotation beyond the open position into a low-flame position when the valve body is rotated from the open position into the low-flame position for controlling a flow volume of combustion gas flowing through the gas control valve/ The valve body is rotatable in opposition to the predetermined direction of rotation from the open position into a booster position, in which the flow volume of combustion gas is greater than the flow volume of combustion gas in the open position.

Disposable insert oven grate system
A disposable pan has an imperforate bottom in a rectangular configuration with front, rear, and side edges. Sides extend upwardly from the bottom. The sides have free upper ends forming an upper opening. A grill has a periphery in a rectangular configuration. The periphery has a front wire, a rear wire, and side wires. The grill has a plurality of central wires. The central wires extend between the front wire and the rear wire and between and parallel with the side wires. The grill has support wires extending between the front and rear wires adjacent to and parallel with each side wire. Each support wire has downwardly extending bends forming legs positioned on the bottom of the pan. The grill has transverse wires with ends coupled to the side wires. Each wire is formed of aluminum foil in a spiral cross sectional configuration.

Grilling system
A grill system is disclosed and may include a grate comprising a plurality of grill members. The grate may include a stationary region and a chute aperture. The grill system may further include a chute comprising a chute top portion and a chute bottom portion. The chute may engage the grate by traversing through the chute aperture. The perimeter of the chute aperture may be reinforced by a secondary member.
Splash Guard System
A splash guard system includes a stove that has a burner. A pot is provided and the pot may contain a liquid. The pot is positioned on the burner such that the pot is in thermal communication with the burner. Thus, the stove heats the liquid. A shield is removably coupled to the pot. The shield inhibits the liquid from splashing onto the burner when the stove heats the liquid.
