FOOD PACKAGING SELECTION AND HANDLING
Four concepts relating to holding and packaging food, determining the nutritional content of food packaging and selecting foodstuffs for consumption by a user. A food holder carries multiple foodstuffs to be stored at different environmental conditions in separate regions, the food holder being adapted to afford communication between each region and an external environment for controlling the environment of each region. Food packaging comprises a tag configured to transmit a signal indicative of the preparation of the food packaging for consumption of food contained in the food packaging. A system determines the nutritional content of food packaging by receiving an identifier associated with food packaging and accessing data associated with the identifier, the data comprising an indication of the type of food stored in the food packaging and a parameter relating to the food stored in the food packaging. Selecting foodstuffs for consumption by a user utilises a method comprising: receiving user data relating to the user, accessing food data relating to a group of food items, determining a predicted physiological effect on the user of each food item of the group of food items in dependence on the food data and the user data, and selecting, in dependence on the predicted physiological effect on the user, one or more food item of the group of food items for consumption by the user.
CAPACTIVE TOUCH UNIVERSAL HOLDING BIN
A holding bin includes a plurality of compartments defined across a width of the holding bin, each compartment of the plurality of compartments configured to receive a plurality of food holding trays. A housing defines an outer perimeter of the holding bin. A first display is secured through the housing. A second display is removably secured to the housing. A controller is communicatively connected to the first display and the second display. The controller is configured to operate the first display and the second display to coordinatedly present a location and a status of a food tray within a compartment of the plurality of compartments.
Baked good handling system
A baked goods handling system includes a holding cabinet operable to create a controlled environment therein. A dispenser receives a baked good from the holding cabinet and directs the baked good away from the holding cabinet. A treatment device receives the baked good from the dispenser to perform a treatment on the baked good.

Disclosed herein is a cooking system for cooking food, the system including a housing defining a hollow chamber configured to receive a food container. The housing has an upper portion defining an opening to the hollow chamber. A food container having a hollow container interior is positionable within the hollow chamber. An end of the food container extends above the upper portion of the housing when the container is installed within the hollow chamber. A lid is moveably attached to the housing and is moveable between a first position that covers the upper portion of the housing and the opening to the hollow chamber when the food container is installed within the hollow chamber and a second position where the lid does not cover the opening to the hollow chamber. At least one heating element is associated with at least one of said lid and said housing.
Household electrical air flow cooking appliance
Provided is a household electrical appliance for cooking and/or reheating food including: a housing having a tank arranged such as to receive the food to be cooked and/or reheated; a removable cover arranged such as to close the tank while cooking and/or reheating; at least one heating element and a fan arranged such as to create a closed hot air flow while cooking and/or reheating; and a ventilation sheath that includes a suction inlet, arranged on one side of the tank, and a ventilation outlet above the tank. Said ventilation sheath is arranged such as to direct the hot air flow onto the food while cooking and/or reheating. Said appliance is characterized in that the ventilation sheath is in one piece and separated from the cover.
SECURED DELIVERY CONTAINER
A secure delivery container can have a body with a chamber that can receive one or more items for delivery to an end recipient and a door actuatable to close the chamber in a locked position and open to allow access to the items. The container can have a heat transfer system with one or more heat transfer elements in thermal communication with one or more surfaces of the body that define the chamber and configured to heat or cool the one or more surfaces to heat or cool the delivery items in the chamber. The container can wirelessly communicate with a remote electronic device to receive information from the remote electronic device and to communicate operational information from the one or more heat transfer elements to the remote electronic device.
SECURED DELIVERY CONTAINER
A secure delivery container can have a body with a chamber that can receive one or more items for delivery to an end recipient and a door actuatable to close the chamber in a locked position and open to allow access to the items. Disclosed herein is a cooking system for cooking food, the system including a housing defining a hollow chamber configured to receive a food container. The housing has an upper portion defining an opening in said hollow chamber. A first lid is connectable to the housing. When the first lid is connected to the housing, the first lid has a first position where the lid is in contact with said upper portion of the housing. A second lid is connectable to the housing. When the second lid is connected to the housing, the second lid is in contact with the upper portion of the housing. The first lid and the second lid are simultaneously contactable with the upper portion of the housing so that each of the first lid and the second lid are in contact with the upper portion of the housing.

Disclosed herein is a cooking system for cooking food, the cooking system being functional in a plurality of cooking modes. The cooking system includes a housing having a hollow chamber, and a cooking lid movable between an open position and a closed position relative to the housing. At least one heating element is associated with said lid. The cooking system is operable in a plurality of modes including a convective cooking mode and a pressure cooking mode. The cooking lid is configurable in the closed position when the cooking system is in both the convective cooking mode and the pressure cooking mode.
Automatic food preparation apparatus
In an embodiment, an automatic food preparation and serving apparatus comprises: a digital electronics storage controller configured to send signals representing an order input; a storage apparatus comprising a plurality of temperature-control regions and configured to hold one or more magazines in the plurality of temperature-control regions, each of the one or more magazines configured to store a plurality of food canisters, and configured to regulate temperature of contents in the plurality of food canisters in the plurality of temperature-control regions; a canister transport mechanism configured to transport the plurality of food canisters away from the storage apparatus; a food dispensing mechanism configured to receive the plurality of food canisters transported away from the storage apparatus and to dispense one or more ingredients stored in one or more of the plurality of food canisters according to the signals from the digital electronics storage controller.
