System and method of actively reducing an appearance of a seam in a mirror array
Systems and methods to reduce the appearance of a seam in an image reflected onto a mirror array from a screen is provided. The systems and methods may include a light source to emit light into a seam between a pair of mirrors of the mirror array; a camera for taking a picture of the image displayed on the screen and yielding image data from the picture; and a control system in communication with the light source and the camera. The control system may be operable to cause the light source to emit light of a first color into a first portion of the seam and to emit light of a second color into a second portion of the seam based on the image data, thereby providing colored light in the seam to substantially match colors in the image reflected onto pair of mirrors adjacent to the seam.
BOWL-SHAPED PHOTOGRAPHIC STAGE
A bowl-shaped photographic stage and photographic system is provided that produces consistent diffused lighting of an object or subject that is virtually shadow free for obtaining rotational views of the object in a time efficient manner. The bowl-shaped photographic stage may be used with a camera array, or a single camera may be moved around the circumference of the photographic stage to obtain a series of images needed to form a rotational view of an object or subject. Alternatively, the bowl-shaped photographic stage may be rotated to pass by a single fixed camera to obtain a series of images needed to form a rotational view of an object or subject.
Electric shaver with imaging capability
System and method for improving the shaving experience by providing improved visibility of the skin shaving area. A digital camera is integrated with the electric shaver for close image capturing of shaving area, and displaying it on a display unit. The display unit can be integral part of the electric shaver casing, or housed in a separated device which receives the image via a communication channel. The communication channel can be wireless (using radio, audio or light) or wired, such as dedicated cabling or using powerline communication. A light source is used to better illuminate the shaving area. Video compression and digital image processing techniques are used for providing for improved shaving results. The wired communication medium can simultaneously be used also for carrying power from the electric shaver assembly to the display unit, or from the display unit to the electric shaver.
CAMERA DEVICE
An improved camera device is a 360-degree image capturing camera with a motion sensor that is able to take panoramic view pictures. The main body is circular shaped and may be able to rotate on a central axis to align with the direction of anything that activates the motion sensor for optimal images or video.
Spring assemblies with variable flexibility for use with push-cables and pipe inspection systems
Push-cables and associated apparatus and systems are disclosed. In one embodiment, a push-cable assembly for use with a pipe inspection system may include a push-cable element having a proximal end and a distal end, with a spring assembly having varying flexibility coupled to or near the distal end. The spring assembly may include an outer coiled spring having a proximal and a distal end, and an inner coiled spring nested at least partially within the outer coiled spring. A camera head and/or other elements such as a cutting or jetting apparatus may be coupled at or near the distal end.
IMAGING APPARATUS
An imaging apparatus according to the present invention includes a first camera and a second camera, and performing photography using the first camera and the second camera, and generating a composite image from a plurality of images acquired by the photography, the imaging apparatus comprising at least one memory and at least one processor which function as: an acquiring unit configured to acquire two images by performing a first photography and a second photography, which is performed after a time lag from the first photography; and a generating unit configured to generate a composite image having a visual field range of 360 degrees by compositing a first image acquired by performing photography for a first range in the first photography and a second image acquired by performing photography for a second range in the second photography.
DUAL-LENS CAMERA SYSTEM
A dual-lens camera system is provided, including a first lens driving module and a second lens driving module each including a lens holder for receiving a lens, at least one magnetic element, and a driving board. The driving board has at least one driving coil for acting with the magnetic element to generate an electromagnetic force to move the lens holder along a direction that is perpendicular to the optical axis of the lens. On two adjacent sides parallel to each other of the first and second lens driving modules, the magnetic elements are arranged in different configurations.
PANORAMIC CAMERA SUPPORT
A panoramic camera support.
PANORAMIC CAMERA SUPPORT
A panoramic camera support.
PANORAMIC PHOTOGRAPHY HEAD AND PHOTOGRAPHIY SYSTEM USING THE SAME
A panoramic photography head for easily photographing a plurality of images having different orientations without any vignetting in order to generate a panoramic image and to provide a photography system using the panoramic photography head are provided. A panoramic photography system includes: a digital camera body with a lens having a predetermined field of view at a front end thereof and can photograph a digital image; a panoramic photography head connected to a lower surface of the digital camera body; and a legged platform connected to a lower surface of the panoramic photography head. The panoramic photography head includes: an approximately horizontal upper plate having a second connector for realizing non-rotatably connection to the first connector; a vignetting preventing extension that is bent downward from the upper plate to secure a predetermined gap so as to prevent the panoramic photography head and the legged platform from being photographed in an image; and a lower plate that extends approximately horizontally and toward a front side from a lower end of the vignetting preventing extension and has a legged platform connector for connection to the legged platform. The legged platform connector is positioned vertically under a nodal point of the lens.
