11133098 · 2021-09-28 ·

A system and method for the preparation of food is provided. The system utilizes a nutritional information module which allows nutritional information to be aggregated for an entire menu along with portion information and the ability to adjust serving weight by preferred caloric value for any individual recipe. The system also utilizes a scheduler module which compiles task information for any individual recipe items per paragraph. The schedule module may have any plurality of different task times including a passive task time and/or an active task time and may time stamp the time it takes to prepare any specific recipe. The schedule may compile cook information and store information in a memory bank for analysis of the individual cook's cooking style and cook time. Moreover, the system may also provide a feedback module which uses personal time co-efficients to predict how long it should take for any particular menu choice preparation. Additionally, the system may include any of a recipe data module, organizer module, shopping assistant modules and a recommendation module to help the individual cook decide of menu pairings for any particular recipe as well as source and purchase recipes, required ingredients, and required cookware and utensils.

Blending volume reducing device

A blending system is disclosed herein. The blending system may comprise a blender base, a container and a blending volume reduction device. The blending volume reduction device may be removably inserted into the container of the blender system at various positions. The positions may alter the working volume of the container when the blending volume reduction device is inserted in the container.

A core cooker device is used for cooking food, and has a heating element adapted for insertion into food to be cooked, a temperature control device for controlling power supplied to the heating element, and a power supply for providing power to the temperature control device. The core cooker heating element has a stem portion, and the power supply includes a coaxial cable connector and an interior wire, and includes a BNC connector and an O-ring. The BNC connector is connected to the stem portion, and the coaxial cable connector is secured by threaded engagement with the BNC connector. The interior wire is connected to a heating wire at a junction of the BNC connector and the stem portion.

Packaged food product and method of producing the packaged food product

A packaged food product includes a container and a food product. The container has a rim and at least one wall extending away from the rim. The at least one wall defines a storage area, and the food product is retained within the storage area such that the food product is in contact with the at least one wall. The at least one wall is readily deformable by a hand of a user to reduce a volume of the storage area. Reducing the volume of the storage area causes the food product to exit the storage area. The container includes an integral tool portion for breaking up the food product after removal from the storage area. The food product can be a wet cat or dog food.

MANUAL FOOD PROCESSOR WITH REMOVABLE CARTRIDGES

The manual food processor includes a first shelf configured to receive a blade cartridge. The first shelf includes a first slider configured to selectively retain the blade cartridge at the first shelf. The manual food processor also includes a pair of guide rails extending from the first shelf and a second shelf slidable along the pair of guide rails. The second shelf is configured to receive a pusher block cartridge and includes a second slider configured to selectively retain the pusher block cartridge at the second shelf. The manual food processor also includes a handle mechanism operable to cause the second shelf to slide along the guide rails between an open position and a closed position. The first shelf is spaced apart from the second shelf in the open position, and the pusher block cartridge interfaces with the blade cartridge in the closed position.

Heating control method for controlling food processor and a heating control device thereof

A method for controlling a food processor is disclosed. During a heating process of the food processor, a temperature in a cup of the food processor is obtained at a predefined time interval. Whenever the obtained temperature in the cup reaches a current preset temperature threshold, the food processor starts a stirring operation for a first preset time period and stops after that, until the obtained temperature in the cup is greater than an upper limit of the preset temperature threshold. The preset temperature threshold is adjusted and defined as the current preset temperature threshold every time before the food processor starts the stirring operation. A heating control device for controlling the food processor is further disclosed, with the heating control method thereof to solve a problem of a low accuracy in heating control that is caused by an unbalanced temperature in the cup of the food processor during the heating process.
