CUTTING BOARD
The invention relates to cutting board employable on two sides comprising a board body with two mutually opposing main sides and feet for supporting the board body, wherein a first cutting surface is located on one main side of the board body and a second cutting surface on the other main side of the board body. The feet are variably adjustable such that they alternatively support the board body in upwardly direction either with the first cutting surface or with the second cutting surface.
Modular Holding Bin With Tunable System Behavior
A modular food holding bin has multiple food holding units or bins, which can be connected and disconnected from each other in multiple different configurations. Each bin can be set to its own temperature, independently of the others. The module holding bin may be programmed using tunable parameters that may be set remotely.
Portable kitchen assembly
A portable kitchen assembly for cold storage and cooking of food items includes a housing, which defines an interior space. A power module is engaged to the housing. A cooktop is engaged to an upper facet of the housing and is operationally engaged to the power module. An oven is engaged to the housing and is positioned in the interior space so that a door of the oven is accessible from a front of the housing. Food items can be heated on the cooktop or baked or cooked in the oven. A cooling unit is engaged to the housing and is positioned in the interior space so that a door of the cooling unit is accessible from the front of the housing. The cooling unit provides cold storage for a food item. A set of wheels is engaged to a lower facet of the housing allows for locomotion of the housing across a surface.
Beverage preparation machines
A delivery head for a beverage preparation machine comprising a movable first part and a fixed second part, the first part being movable relative to the second part between an open position and a closed position, in the open position the first part being positioned to enable loading of a cartridge into the delivery head, in the closed position the first part and second part being positioned to hold said cartridge in a dispensing position, the delivery head further comprising an inlet piercer and an outlet piercer, the inlet piercer and the outlet piercer being orientated substantially in the same direction and being pivotable relative to the fixed second part between a retracted position and a piercing position.
Collapsible secondary-burn biomass stove and associated embodiments
A portable, collapsible, secondary combustion biomass stove which maintains the environmental and efficiency benefits of a secondary-burn biomass stove while removing the need for the weight and volume of permanent insulation. The stove can be quickly and easily assembled or disassembled without the use of tools for storage and transport. The outer housing of the stove provides stability while shielding the user from the high temperatures of secondary combustion within the chimney and combustion chamber, and collapses for stove transport, insulation may be added to the stove using material indigenous to most campsites, whereby stove operating temperature and efficiency increases while toxic gas release and fuel consumption decrease.
Fire pit systems and methods of making and using the same
Fire pit systems including a base pan member having a base pan member lower wall with a pan outer periphery, and one or more side walls extending upward from the base pan member lower wall and along the pan outer periphery; at least two rod members extending upward along opposite sides of the pan outer periphery; and one or more additional accessories that are attachable to and detachable from at least one of the at least two rod members, the one or more additional accessories comprising a griddle, a grill, a coffee pot, a Dutch oven, a tubular spacer, a pot holder, a horizontal bar extending between two rod members of the at least two rod members, a warming tray, or any combination thereof. Methods of making and using the fire pit systems.
MODULAR SYSTEM FOR AUTONOMOUS FOOD ASSEMBLY
A modular system for autonomous food assembly includes: a skid operable in a first configuration configured to transiently install on a vehicle and in a second configuration configured to transiently install in a kiosk; a set of food dispensing modules configured to transiently install on the skid and store and dispense food based on food orders; and a fixed infrastructure configured to distribute power from a first power source in the truck to the set of food dispensing modules in the first configuration, from a second power source in the fixed kiosk to the set of food dispensing modules in the second configuration, and to the set of food dispensing modules; a controller installed on the skid and configured to receive food orders and control the set of food dispensing modules to dispense food orders from the truck in the first configuration and from the kiosk in the second configuration.
MODULAR SYSTEM FOR FOOD ASSEMBLY
One variation of a food production station includes: a manual assembly zone; an autonomous assembly zone; and a controller. The manual assembly zone includes: a prep surface; and a receptacle configured to receive a sequence of food hoppers configured to store ingredients for manual preparation of food products on the prep surface. The autonomous assembly zone includes: a sequence of module housings supporting the prep surface and configured to house a sequence of food dispensing modules configured to dispense ingredients into food containers; and a conveyor located within the sequence of module housings and configured to transfer food containers along the sequence of food dispensing modules for dispensation of ingredients into food containers. The controller is configured to: receive food orders; and coordinate motion of the conveyor and trigger the sequence of food dispensing modules to dispense ingredients into food containers to assemble food products according to food orders.
ERGONOMIC BEVERAGE MACHINE
A machine (1) for preparing a beverage from an ingredient (2) includes: a body (10) comprising a fluid line (11, 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d, 11e) extending from a source of liquid to a beverage outlet (11) located at or on a body front face (12) delimiting a front area for locating a beverage collection user-recipient; a first module (20) that is assemblable to the body (10) and that is disassemblable therefrom by said user; anda second module (30) different to the first module (20), the second module (30) being assemblable to the body (10) and being disassemblable therefrom by said user.
