MODULAR SYSTEM FOR FOOD ASSEMBLY
One variation of a food production station includes: a manual assembly zone; an autonomous assembly zone; and a controller. The manual assembly zone includes: a prep surface; and a receptacle configured to receive a sequence of food hoppers configured to store ingredients for manual preparation of food products on the prep surface. The autonomous assembly zone includes: a sequence of module housings supporting the prep surface and configured to house a sequence of food dispensing modules configured to dispense ingredients into food containers; and a conveyor located within the sequence of module housings and configured to transfer food containers along the sequence of food dispensing modules for dispensation of ingredients into food containers. The controller is configured to: receive food orders; and coordinate motion of the conveyor and trigger the sequence of food dispensing modules to dispense ingredients into food containers to assemble food products according to food orders.
COUPLER WITH UPPER AND LOWER COUPLINGS, FUNCTIONAL MODULE, CART BODY AND DINING CART
The present application discloses a coupler with upper and lower couplings, a functional module, a cart body and a dining cart. The coupler includes an upper coupling arranged on a functional module and a lower coupling arranged on a cart body. The upper coupling is provided with pins and a first limiting structure arranged around the periphery of the pins, the lower coupling is provided with jacks and a second limiting structure adapted to the first limiting structure, and during coupling, the pins are inserted into the jacks, and the first limiting structure is clamped in the second limiting structure to form locking to restrict the upper coupling from moving.
GRILL AND SIDE CART ATTACHMENT SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Embodiments herein relate to grill systems. In an embodiment, a grill system is included. The grill system having a grill assembly and a first side assembly. The grill assembly can include a grill cart and a burner box configured to couple to a top portion of the grill cart. The burner box can include a first connection structure. The first side assembly that can include a first side cart and a first top cap configured to couple to a top portion of the first side cart. The first top cap can include a second connection structure. The first connection structure and the second connection structure mate together to couple the grill assembly to the first side assembly. Other embodiments are also included herein.
Combination oven with independent steam generation element
A modular oven includes a cabinet receiving separate modules with distinct cooking operations. Modules of the modular oven may provide any combination of convection cooking, steam cooking, impingement cooking, and high speed cooking. Therefore, the modules may be mixed and matched to suit the desired cooking operations. In some embodiments, improved steam cooking at lower cooking temperatures is provided by directing spraying water onto an independent heat source, controlled separately from the cavity heating element, within each cooking zone. By operating a separate heating element specifically for steam generation, there can be more accurate heat control of the cooking zones without overheating the cooking zones when steam is needed but when lower cooking temperatures (e.g., 211 degrees Fahrenheit and below) are desired.
Heat-dissipating thermostatic coffee pot
A heat-dissipating thermostatic coffee pot comprising an upper pot, a coffee powder hopper, a lower pot and a water suction hopper, wherein a heat-dissipating thermostat is provided between the upper pot and the lower pot, the heat-dissipating thermostat comprising a main body, at least one deflector hole and at least one heat-dissipating groove; the main body is provided with an upper connecting end and a lower connecting end, which are connected to the upper pot and the lower pot, respectively; the deflector hole adopt a through hole passing through an upper end and a lower end of the main body; the heat-dissipating groove is arranged on a side of the main body and is placed on an outer periphery of the deflector hole; a conducting water flow path is formed between the lower pot, the water suction hopper, the deflector hole, the coffee powder hopper and the upper pot.
MODULAR GRILL AND SMOKER, SUPPORT STRUCTURES WITH PROTECTIVE COATING AND USER DEVICE INTEGRATION
Systems, devices, and methods of use and manufacture are provided for a modular grill and smoker device micro-coated with an oxide layer for cooking food that include a first chamber, a door for opening and sealably closing the first chamber, an airflow corridor creating a hull around the first chamber for channeling air around the first chamber with at least one lower vent and at least one upper vent, as well as integration with electronic user devices.
MODULAR ESPRESSO BREWING SYSTEM
In one embodiment, an apparatus includes a first module and a second module. The first module includes a first receptacle and a second receptacle, the first receptacle being configured to contain a liquid and a second receptacle being configured to contain coffee beans. The first module further includes a heating arrangement, the heating arrangement being at least partially positioned between the first receptacle and the second receptacle. The second module is configured to support the first module and to provide power to the heating arrangement when the first module is supported on the second module.
En route food product preparation
Technologies are generally described for en route food product preparation. Food product preparation process steps and timing may be determined based on travel information (e.g., starting point, intermediate waypoints, delivery destination, routes, etc.), as well as, food item and food product information. Instructions for robotic devices arranged modularly in a container or truck to execute steps of the food product preparation process and their timing may be transmitted to a controller managing the operations of the robotic devices. Instructions may be updated en route based on changing travel or other conditions.
