FUEL CONDITIONER FOR GRILL
A cooking apparatus can include an enclosure defining a heating chamber configured to be heated and used for cooking food, a burn box proximate to the enclosure and which is configured to provide heat to the heating chamber, a hopper fluidly coupled to the burn box and configured to hold fuel, and a fuel conditioner disposed between the hopper and the burner to condition the fuel prior to burning in the burner. The fuel conditioner can be, for example, a wood chipper configured to reduce the size of the fuel.
OVEN
Disclosed is an oven comprising: an oven housing defining an oven chamber for containing foodstuffs during cooking or curing; and an oven floor forming a base of the oven chamber for supporting foodstuffs to be cooked or cured in the oven chamber, wherein the oven floor comprises: a first aperture for communication with a non-gas-fuel energy source for cooking or curing foodstuffs in the oven chamber; and a second aperture for communication with a gas-fuel energy source for cooking or curing foodstuffs in the oven chamber.
Football-Themed Cooking Grill
A football-themed cooking grill is an apparatus utilizing an openable oblong enclosure, with dimensions approximately scaled from those of a standard National Football League (NFL) football, to both support various foods and retain heat and smoke while cooking. The cooking surface provides an indented portion optimized for enhanced retention of an appropriately-sized pot or other cooking receptacle. Furthermore, the shapes of different components of the apparatus reminds the user and guests of the social theme of the day. The legs of the apparatus are shaped to suggest the end-zone uprights used for scoring on either end of a football field. Football-shaped imprints on the cooking surface allow the user to brand foods, especially steaks, burgers and other meats, with football shapes. While coal and wood grills offer different types and flavors of smoke with which to potentially flavor food, the apparatus may also offer the option for solar-powered electrical cooking.
OVEN APPLIANCE AND METHODS FOR BROILING OR HIGH-HEAT COOKING
An oven appliance may include a cabinet, a plurality of chamber walls, a top heating element, an oven temperature sensor, and a controller. The plurality of chamber walls may define a cooking chamber. The oven temperature sensor may be disposed within the cabinet to detect a temperature within the cooking chamber. The controller may be configured to initiate a cooking operation that includes directing initial activation of the top heating element according to an initial offset temperature threshold, detecting a first temperature value at the oven temperature sensor that is greater than the initial offset temperature threshold, reducing heat output at the top heating element in response to detecting the first temperature value, and directing, following reducing heat output, reactivation of the top heating element according to a predetermined maximum threshold at the oven temperature sensor, the predetermined maximum threshold being distinct from the initial offset threshold.
Automatic material pouring device of food frying machines
An automatic material pouring device of food flying machines is disclosed, comprising a machine body, a food flying pot, a material adding device and a master controller, in which the food flying pot and the material adding device are individually mounted on the machine body, and the material adding device includes a base and a movable seat which is used to place at least one material placement box, and the base is also further configured with a feeding cylinder and an attracting device, and the feeding cylinder and the attracting device are assembled together, and in which the master controller is used to control the feeding cylinder and the attracting device so as to control the feeding cylinder to roll and turn when the attracting device is attracted and attached to the material placement box thereby pouring the material accommodated inside the material placement box into the food flying pot.
Automatic edible fluid injection device of food frying machines
An automatic edible fluid injection device of food flying machines is disclosed, comprising a machine body which is mounted with a food flying pot and an edible fluid adding device, wherein the edible fluid adding device includes a material feeding arm and a material feeding cylinder connected to the material feeding arm, and the material feeding arm is fixedly installed with a tilted material discharge fixing device and configured with a plurality of peristaltic pumps, as well as the same amount of material containers and material tube as the peristaltic pumps, and an end of each of the material tubes extends into each of the material containers and then passes around the peristaltic pump so as to detour to the material discharge fixing device to be fixed therein, and the master controller controls the material feeding cylinder and each of the peristaltic pumps such that, after activation.
SMART WATER BOTTLE
Resealable bottles for beverages. A bottle may include a main body with an opening for receiving contents and a reservoir for storing contents, a lid, and a bottom, which is interchangeable with an accessory for changing a characteristic of the contents. The lid may close the bottle and/or facilitate consumption of its contents. The bottle may support one or more indicators, such as LEDs, including a safety indicator that is configured to activate when the safety system is active and the resealable bottle enters an unsafe state. The accessory may provide, for example, heating and/or cooling.
Induction Heating Device
An induction heating vessel, including an interior wall formed of a first material, an exterior wall formed of a second material, where the second material is different from the first material, and the second material is less magnetic than the first material, and a thermally insulating barrier between the interior wall and the exterior wall.
SUGAR REDUCTION OF FOOD PRODUCTS
A food processing apparatus (10) is disclosed for reducing a sugar content of a food product (1). The food processing apparatus comprises a food processing compartment (30) including a blade arrangement (28) and a fluid release valve (37); a base (20) including a motor (22) arranged to drive the blade arrangement; a heating arrangement (40, 42) for heating a food product in the food processing compartment with steam, the heating arrangement comprising a water tank (40) in fluid communication with the food processing compartment (30) and a heating element (42) thermally coupled to said water tank and under control of said controller (60; and a controller (60) arranged to control the motor and the heating element. The controller is arranged to control the heating element such as to heat the food product in the food processing arrangement with steam for a defined period of time; and control the motor to blend the food product upon termination of the heating of the food product for said defined period of time and upon releasing steam condensate generated during the heating of the food product from the food processing compartment through said fluid release valve.
