Three-Section Crop Header with Drapers and Top Cross Auger
In a harvesting header having a main frame divided into a center portion and two wing portions connected for pivotal movement about forwardly extending axes and including a rear wall behind the side drapers so that the rear wall and the main beam are separated at the axis there is provided a reel mounted on reel arms and a rear auger mounted at the top of the rear wall. The reel and the auger are also divided into three sections arranged end to end along the rear wall. The joint in the auger is arranged not at the axis but at a position spaced inwardly of the first axis so that the flight of the auger extends past the first space and past the end planes of the reel sections and reel support structure to carry the crop engaging the first flight past the first space to the center portion of the header frame.
AGRICULTURAL HARVESTER WITH CONVEYOR BELT SYSTEM
An agricultural harvester may have a conveyor belt system that facilitates delivery of harvested crops from one or more heads to a storage region of the agricultural harvester. The conveyor belt system may have a first conveyor belt, a second conveyor belt disposed a distance from the first conveyor belt, and a third conveyor belt that may provide harvested crops to a region between the first conveyor belt and the second conveyor belt. The first conveyor belt and the second conveyor belt may rotate in opposite directions to facilitate delivery of the harvested crops to the storage region.

The first conveyor belt and the second conveyor belt may rotate in opposite directions to facilitate delivery of the harvested crops to the storage region.
Combine augers and combine auger repair methods
Repaired combine augers are provided that can include: a central cylindrical object configured to support flighting extending about the central cylindrical object, wherein at least one portion of the flighting is damaged and defines non-linear portions, openings, and/or bent sections; and at least one semi-circular repair component bound to the portion to align with remainder of the flighting. Methods for repairing a damaged combine auger are provided. The methods can include: identifying at least one damaged portion of flighting of the auger; and coupling at least one semi-circle repair component to the damaged portion of the flighting to provide a linear edge continuous with remainder of the flighting.
Grain harvesting implement
An implement intended for harvesting and/or gathering farm produce is used together with a self-propelled agricultural machine, more specifically a grain harvester, in order to provide driving power for its crop processing systems. A top roller (11) is positioned at the rear end of each conveyor belt (1) whereby, internally and concentrically thereto, the supports (9) move in a continuous rotating movement with the slats (10); the conveyor belt (1) has electronics for adjusting the speeds of the machine and the belts, varying electronically between these magnitudes according to the proportionality parameter; in addition to also regulating the height of the conveyor belt (1B) through electronics and a pivoting device (26); the set of conveyor belts (1) may also be articulated into a transportation position.
Harvester
A harvester capable of autonomous travel in a field includes: a harvesting unit that harvests a crop from the field; a conveyance device that conveys, toward the rear of a harvester body, a whole culm of the harvested crop harvested by the harvesting unit; a detection sensor that detects a drive speed of the conveyance device; and a clog determining unit that determines a clog of the harvested crop in the conveyance device on the basis of the drive speed. The clog determining unit outputs a vehicle stop command that stops the harvester body when the drive speed becomes lower than a pre-set first threshold during the autonomous travel.
Chick pea harvesting method and apparatus
A combine for harvesting chick peas includes a first rotatable shaft having components that cut a crop and pass the cut crop in a rearward direction, and a drum that includes an outer shell with stationary threshers and a cut crop opening, a rotatable central mount, a plurality of rotatable threshers. Each of the rotatable threshers is attached to the central rotatable mount and in line with a stationary thresher. A plurality of cutters is attached to the outer shell, a flame source projects a flame into the drum, and a water source projects water into the drum. The cut crop passes into the cut crop opening, to be further cut by the plurality of cutters and threshed by the plurality of rotatable threshers, such that the flame and water are projected onto the cut crop, resulting in a processed crop and detritus that is separated from the processed crop.
Draper Header for a Crop Harvesting Machine
Crop is carried into a feed opening of a harvester by two side drapers, two rear back sheets defining an opening between inner edges, a central feed draper and a roller with end flight portions and a central finger portion located above the feed draper. In this geometry, a bottom tangent to the flight portions has a position which is at a height below the rear edge of the side drapers. The roller axis of the feed roller is behind the rear edge of the side drapers and behind a common plane containing the back sheets. The inner guide roller of each of the first and second side drapers is located inwardly of the inner edge of the first back sheet and inwardly of an outer end of the end flight portion. A forward most tangent to the flight portions projects forward of or proud of the common back sheet plane.
DRAPER BELT
A draper belt for a head of a harvester that is to extend about a roller having an outer groove encircling the roller and may include a web and an elastomeric belt guide. The web may have a first surface to carry crop material and a second surface to face the roller. The elastomeric belt guide may extend from the second surface and may include downwardly projecting teeth.
Foldable corn head
An agricultural vehicle including a chassis, at least one power take off member, and a folding header operably coupled to the agricultural vehicle and supported by the chassis. The folding header includes a center section operably coupled to the chassis of the agricultural vehicle. The center section includes a pair of lateral ends and at least one drive assembly operably coupled to the at least one power take off member of the agricultural vehicle. The folding header also includes at least one additional section pivotally coupled to one of the lateral ends of the center section and operably coupled to the at least one drive assembly. The at least one additional section is selectively pivotable between an operational position and a nonoperational position. The center section is configured to harvest a crop material in both of the operational position and nonoperational position of the at least one additional section.
