Proposed is an electric kettle in which a main body is provided with a water level window. The electric kettle of the present disclosure includes the main body configured to receive water or food therein and provided with the water level window through which the level of water contained inside the main body is seen, a lid provided on an open upper side of the main body so as to cover the open upper side of the main body, and a base provided at a lower side of the main body so as to support the main body, wherein a flow path in which a fluid flows is formed in the water level window and has a bottom surface formed to be inclined. According to such a configuration, a fluid remaining inside the water level window decreases.
Air circulation electric roaster for a table with safety function
The present invention pertains to an air-circulating electric roaster designed to enhance the safety of cooking utensils by interrupting the drive power based on temperature changes in the grill plate and the positional detachment of the roaster. The invention comprises an outer body 20 and an inner body 20b, with an electrically heated operating heating lamp 33c provided in the inner body 20b. It further includes a heating unit 30, a grill plate 40, a bottom cap 50, a blower 60, temperature and pressure detection means 70, a platinum catalyst filter 74 arranged externally on the inner body 20b, a water level sensor 77 positioned inside the oil collector 222b, and seismic vibration detection means 80 installed on the outer body 20. These components are integrated into an air-circulating electric roaster 10 and a control box 90 designed to inform about the operational status of the electric roaster.

A beverage preparation appliance includes a housing having a base defining a cavity having an open side and a dispensing portion supported on the base and defining a beverage outlet location suspended above the base. COFFEE BEAN ANALYSIS SYSTEM AND COFFEE MACHINE WITH COFFEE BEAN ANALYSIS
A system is provided for analyzing coffee beans. A light sensor senses a level of darkness of a coffee bean and a distance sensor is used to determine a distance between the light sensor and the coffee bean. The sensed level of darkness is then calibrated using the determined distance, thereby to obtain a calibrated (and thereby more accurate) level of darkness. This represents a roasting intensity and is used by a coffee machine to adjust coffee brewing parameters.

A beverage preparation equipment includes a weighing unit, a mixing unit, a supply module, and a control unit. The weighing unit is configured to allow the cup to be placed thereon and to measure a weight of an object placed thereon. The mixing unit is configured to stir content contained therein and to output the content to the cup. The supply module is configured to supply an ingredient to the mixing unit. The control unit is configured to control the supply module to supply a predetermined volume of the ingredient to the mixing unit based on a command related to preparation of a beverage, control the mixing unit to stir the ingredient inputted thereto into the beverage and then output the beverage to the cup, and control the mixing unit to stop outputting the beverage based on the weight of the object and a predetermined weight indicated by the command.
