Molding material for a household plumbing equipment and a household plumbing equipment fabricated using the same
A method of manufacturing a thermoplastic resin for a household plumbing equipment includes: reacting an acid component including a terephthalic acid and a glycol component including a trimethylene glycol derived from a plant to form a poly trimethylene terephthalate resin as a condensation polymer of a formed glycol ester; and combining the poly trimethylene terephthalate resin with a polymethyl methacrylate resin in a mass ratio of 90:10-50:50 to form a thermoplastic resin, wherein the thermoplastic resin includes the polymethyl methacrylate resin and the polytrimethylene terephthalate resin in an amount of 80% or more by mass of a total amount of the formed thermoplastic resin.

MOUNTING DEVICE FOR A SANITARY ARTICLE
A mounting device for fastening a sanitary article having at least one support having a support wall that defines a cavity, a first opening and a second opening, wherein the support provides a first support-side stop surface at the first opening and a second support-side stop surface at the second opening, at least one screw, and at least one bearing element with a side wall that extends around a central axis and bounds a receiving space for bearing the screw. The bearing element has at least one first stop surface and at least one second stop surface. The at least one second bearing element-side stop surface is arranged on at least one spring lug. The at least one spring lug and the second bearing element-side stop surface are arranged in such a way that the bearing element is clamped without play between the two support-side stop surfaces.
Dry glaze system
A system comprises a set piece, a threaded block, and a nut and is configured to support a panel in a railing system. The set piece comprises a block portion and a base portion. The block portion has a first planar surface and an opposing, second planar surface. The base portion is planar and extends from an edge of the block portion substantially perpendicular to the first and second surfaces of the block portion and away from the first surface of the block portion. The threaded block comprises a base and an extended circular portion. The circular portion comprises a threaded surface on the circumference, and the threaded block is configured to align with the set piece. The nut is configured to engage the threaded block. The nut comprises a corresponding threaded internal circular surface to rotatably engage the extended circular portion and move orthogonal to the threaded block base.
Aircraft galley sink stations having movable sink covers
Sink stations for galleys of aircraft and other vehicles, methods of operating such sink stations, and aircraft equipped with galleys having such sink stations. A sink station includes a sink cover, which may fully or partially cover a sink and extend the countertop space over the sink cavity. When covering the sink, the sink cover may support a set weight corresponding to objects typically used in galleys, such as pots, cups, and the like. The sink cover allows for liquid to pass into the sink cavity even when the sink cover is used to cover the sink thereby reduce spill clean-ups. The sink cover is movable and may partially or completely expose the sink cavity or keep it completely covered. For example, the sink cover may be folded and/or rolled away and stored at the sink station for periodic use.
