SINK TOP ACCESSORY
An accessory item for a sink top is configured to increase the working surface area surrounding the sink. The sink top accessory includes multiple panels preferably made from silicone rubber, each panel having a rigid integrated frame structure. The panels are connected to each other using living hinges, which enable the accessory to be folded for storage. In use, the sink top accessory sits over the sink without obstructing use of the sink faucet, and operates to turn a large portion of the sink into usable work space by operating to extend the counter area around the sink into the sink, thus increasing the working surface area of the same.
Accelerated drain apparatus and method for walk-in bathtub
An accelerated drain system for a walk-in bathtub with a water outlet in a side wall communicates water to a diverter valve biased to circulate the water in the bathtub and movable selectively to communicate water through a reverse check valve to a drain, the reverse check valve biased closed to prevent water flow and movable selectively to allow water flow to the drain, with a controller configured for moving the diverter valve selectively from the second position to the closed position for subsequent use of the walk-in bathtub. A method of rapid draining of a walk-in bathtub is disclosed.
Accessible Tub and Shower
A walk-in tub, or combination walk-in tub and shower, having a front wall with an outwardly swinging door permitting easy entry into and egress from the tub by a user and an electromagnetic door latch assembly further comprising a plurality of electromagnetic door latches that are operatively interconnected to an electrical controller, a power supply and a rapid-release touch switch that can be selectively manipulated to interrupt the power supply to the electromagnetic latches, thereby allowing the door to swing open under emergency conditions even when the tub is filled with water.
FLUSH-MOUNTED CONTROL PANELS FOR BATHING INSTALLATIONS
A flush-mounted control panel system for a bathing installation. The panel system includes a control panel including a housing structure, the housing structure including a peripheral mounting flange, the panel and flange sized to fit within a tub mounting opening in a mounting surface. A support bracket supports the control panel within the opening, and is fabricated of a thin material. The bracket has a peripheral sidewall portion, a top lip portion extending outwardly from the sidewall portion, and a bottom lip portion extending inwardly from the sidewall portion. The top lip portion overlays a portion of the surface peripheral to the opening and the bottom lip portion underlays the peripheral flange of the panel housing to support the panel within the opening. Adhesive gaskets secure the bracket to the mounting surface and the panel flange to the bottom lip portion.
Water management system and method for managing water
There is described an automated liquid management system for a liquid container such as a bathtub. The system comprises a faucet or a shower head, a drain closure, a level sensor and a controller operatively coupled to thereto. The controller operates the faucet or a shower head, the drain closure and the level sensor to monitor and control the level of liquid in the container.

TUB LINER FOR INFANTS BATHTUB
A disposable liner for use with a reusable infant's bathtub. A workable liner may be formed from two parallel flat sheets of plastic film, bonded together around an outside boundary. The liner is disposable in a flat configuration of minimum thickness, and can then be folded to form a space-efficient rectangular package of substantially constant thickness. Certain liners may include a backrest cushion.
SURFACE MOUNTABLE CLEANING APPARATUS FOR WATER TUBS
Apparatus for cleaning water tubs is disclosed. The apparatus comprises an elongated handle with a first end and a second end, a frame attached to the first end of the elongated handle, a suction cup attached to the second end of the elongated handle, and a replaceable net having a fine-mesh structure releasably attached to the frame. The frame maybe provided with a fine mesh net having a plurality of small holes. The suction cup provided on the handle may allow the apparatus to be easily docked onto the surface of the tub. The user may dock the apparatus onto the surface of the tub when the apparatus is not in use.
Padded grate drainage system for water rides
A padded grating system comprising sheets of multiple composite members secured together with multiple support bars or battens, wherein each composite member preferably consists of an elongated rigid bar with a foam layer adhered thereto which are encapsulated by a PVC or plastic water impervious tube or sleeve that has been heated and shrunk thereon. The sheets are specifically designed to be used in connection with water rides such as the FlowRider® and can be modularly installed on site to cover certain drainage areas. The composite members are preferably made by gluing the rigid bars onto a sheet of foam and cutting the foam sheet to form the composite members, and after the tube or sleeve has been heat shrunk around each one, the ends of the composite members are then cut and sealed.
Shower mat with auxiliary shower spray hose
A shower mat is configured to carry an auxiliary shower spray conduit to deliver a spray vertically upwards to allow the user to clean their lower body and extremities. The mat may include a plurality of layers with the auxiliary shower spray conduit carried between the plurality of layers. Tubing interconnects the auxiliary spray hose to a diverter valve that is, in turn, connected to a stem of a shower enclosure. The auxiliary shower spray conduit is oriented in a serpentine shape and has a plurality of a spray hose that are aligned with a corresponding plurality of jet apertures defined through a surface of an upper mat.
