Sink top accessory
An accessory item for a sink top is configured to increase the working surface area surrounding the sink. The sink top accessory includes multiple panels preferably made from silicone rubber, each panel having a rigid integrated frame structure. The panels are connected to each other using living hinges, which enable the accessory to be folded for storage. In use, the sink top accessory sits over the sink without obstructing use of the sink faucet, and operates to turn a large portion of the sink into usable work space by operating to extend the counter area around the sink into the sink, thus increasing the working surface area of the same.
Combination bath mat and weight scale
A combination weight scale and bath mat for use by a person on a support surface includes a weight scale having a base with a top side, a bottom side, at least one peripheral edge, and three or more feet fixed with the bottom side of the base and adapted to hold the base above the support surface. A circuit includes a power source, a strain gauge mechanism, and an illuminated display on the top side of the base. A flexible top cover fits over the top side of the base and includes an absorbent web of material through which the illuminated display is at least partially visible. The flexible top cover further includes a foam pad with apertures cooperative with the illuminated display such that light is transmitted through the apertures from the illuminated display through the absorbent web.
Drain fixture
This disclosure provides a drain fitting having a discharge portion comprising a chamber formed by walls extending between and around an inlet and an outlet, the inlet being wider than the outlet or having a greater cross-sectional area than the outlet and the walls having interior surfaces sloping inwardly between the inlet and outlet.

Furniture
Furniture articles have an integrally formed shell that generally has rounded features, the shell diminishing in circumference outwardly from a mounting surface, and a mounting portion configured to secure the shell to the mounting surface. A perimeter edge of the shell defines a mounting plane against which the mounting surface is to be secured. When the shell is secured to the mounting surface, the mounting portion is inaccessible and hidden from view. Furniture includes a shelving unit, a desk unit, a seating unit, and a bed.
FIELD TRIMMABLE RECEPTOR
A method for installing a receptor in a shower environment includes measuring a distance between a drain of the shower environment and a wall of the shower environment. The method also includes identifying a marking on the receptor that corresponds to the distance. The marking indicates where to cut the receptor to remove a portion of a rim of the receptor such that an opening in the receptor aligns with the drain when the receptor is installed in the shower environment. The marking is identified from a plurality of different markings on the receptor, each of the plurality of different markings corresponding to a different distance. The method also includes cutting the receptor at a location indicated by the marking. The method also includes installing the receptor in the shower environment after cutting the receptor at the location indicated by the marking.
FIELD TRIMMABLE RECEPTOR
A shower system for use in a shower environment includes a receptor. The receptor includes a fluid collection area and a rim. The fluid collection area includes a base forming a bottom surface of the fluid collection area and an opening extending through the base to allow water to drain from the fluid collection area via the opening. The rim extends outward from the fluid collection area along at least a portion of a perimeter of the fluid collection area. The rim includes a resizing feature configured to facilitate removing a portion of the rim to change a size of the receptor in one or more dimensions.
BATHTUB APPARATUS
There is provided a bathtub apparatus capable of satisfactorily detecting an electrocardiographic signal even in a state where water is being discharged into a bathtub by a water discharge device. The present invention is a bathtub apparatus (1) including a bathtub main body (2), a water discharge device (8) that discharges water toward inside of the bathtub main body and is provided above a first inner wall surface (2a) forming a short side of the bathtub main body, and electrodes (4a, 4b, 4c) attached to the bathtub main body to detect an electrocardiographic signal of a bathing person, where the electrodes are arranged on an inner wall surface of the bathtub main body, and are arranged closer to the first inner wall surface than a position (P) where water discharged from the water discharge device hits a water surface of the water stored in the bathtub main body.
Supportive device for shelves, seats and steps in wet construction areas
A structurally supportive device for constructing a weight-bearing feature in a wet area of a building, such as but not limited to a shelf, seat or step in a shower, bath, tub, sauna, spa or swimming pool, comprising a triangular horizontal support surface with first, second, and third edges, wherein the first and the second edges form a right angle; a vertical presentation surface depending down from the third edge; a horizontal support lip along a bottom edge of the vertical presentation surface; and attachment tabs protruding from the first and second edges, with each tab running at least two-thirds the length of the first or second edge; wherein the tabs protrude sufficiently far to be received into a slot formed into a wall surface finishing material but not so far as to penetrate a waterproof membrane or a wall board, and wherein the horizontal support surface and vertical presentation surface are configured to receive a feature finishing material such as tile, stone or solid surface material.
TOPSIDE CONTROL PANEL AND TOPSIDE CONTROL PANEL SYSTEM FOR A BATHING UNIT SYSTEM AND METHOD OF OPERATING SAME
A topside control panel is described for controlling water features in a bathing unit system. The topside control panel comprises a housing having a generally circular housing portion including a display screen and a manually operable actuator positioned about a periphery of the housing portion. A circuit board assembly is positioned in the housing and includes one or more processors programmed for rendering a multi-layer menu driven interface on the display for controlling at least some water features of the bathing unit system, wherein at least one specific menu layer of the multi-layer menu driven interface presents options for controlling the one or more pumps. Navigation through the multi-layer menu driven interface is permitted by using signals triggered at least in part by a combination of displacements of the manually operable actuator to select specific user-selectable options to arrive at the specific menu layer presenting options for controlling the one or more pumps.
