MODULAR INSTALLATION FOR THE ASSEMBLY AND REPAIR OF CLOCKWORKS
20240288830 · 2024-08-29 ·

A modular installation for assembly and repair that includes an adaptable number of assembly workstations, preferably at least one regulating station, a central oil station and a transport system for the transport of clockworks in disassembled or partially disassembled condition between the stations. By dividing the work steps into relatively simple assembly and the more demanding ones of oiling and regulating and by connecting the corresponding stations with a transport system as well as, at the assembly stations, a combination of two transport systems for controlled placement of the components of a particular clockwork movement and the associated transport components at an assembly station, a parallel but error-free and faster repair of clockworks is achieved. Preferably, the oil station is highly automated to carry out the oiling processes reproducibly and quickly. With the use of a manipulation ring, clockworks of different dimensions with standardized tools may be handled.

Horological setting machine and setting method

A setting machine (1000) for making a setting and/or adjustment on an assembly (1) attached to a receptacle (10), including a positioning module (100) to move this receptacle (10) on command from control means (3000) to convey it into a setting and/or adjustment position below an acquisition module (200), which includes measuring and/or testing means for determining the spatial position of the receptacle (10), and including a setting and/or adjustment module (400) for making a setting and/or an adjustment with motorised axes for moving, opening and closing, in a clamp plane perpendicular to a clamp rotation direction (DF, DG), a clamp (600) arranged to drive or deform a mobile component or a component included in such an assembly (1) borne by a receptacle (10), and method for using such a setting machine for setting and/or adjusting at least one horological component.

Forearm support for a watchmaker's bench, comprising: a coupling portion, arranged to be coupled to a watchmaker's bench, a first arm linked to the coupling portion, a second arm linked to the first arm, a forearm support pad, linked to the second arm, and arranged to support a forearm of an operator,
characterized in that the forearm support comprises an articulation system comprising at least: a first ball joint, arranged between the coupling portion and the first arm and connecting the coupling portion and the first arm, a second ball joint, arranged between the first arm and the second arm and connecting the first arm and the second arm.

PORTABLE APPARATUS COMPONENT FIXATION STRUCTURE
20180259910 · 2018-09-13 ·

A portable apparatus component fixation structure which helps to secure the positioning accuracy for a second member (a mounted member) and which makes it possible to easily mount the second member is to be provided. A fixation structure is equipped with a fixation portion provided on a main plate and a regulating portion formed on a display plate. The fixation portion has a first pin and a second pin. The second pin has an inclined surface. The inclined surface is a surface generating a pressing force toward the regulating portion as the display plate approaches the main plate. Locking is effected in a state in which the regulating portion is held between the first pin and the second pin.

Ergonomic watchmaker's workstation

An ergonomic watchmaker's workstation includes, around a work platform, two forearm supports each at least tiltably adjustable in a vertical plane, and control and storage unit arranged to control motorized adjuster in order to move each of the forearm supports in at least one degree of freedom. The control and storage unit are programmable to trigger, at predefined or random moments, micro movements of the forearm supports of short duration, less than two seconds, and of small angular amplitude, less than 2 and/or of linear amplitude, less than 5 mm. The workstation further includes a user interface connected to the control and storage unit, to trigger other micro movements, and/or to modify the settings.

BENCH FOR DISASSEMBLING A WATCH WITH SECURED FASTENING

Disassembly bench for unlocking and disassembling a first component and a second component of a watch with secured fastening comprising handling devices to transmit a relative disassembly movement between this first component and this second component, and comprising centrifuging devices and/or pneumatic or hydraulic devices for simultaneous application of a centrifugal force and/or an overpressure or an underpressure to such a watch to press into a position of free passage one or more slides arranged to immobilise this first component and this second component in a locked position.

Watchmaking set comprising such a disassembly bench and such a watch with secured fastening.
