To create space for a stowage compartment, an additional side wall parallel to, and adjacent to, said second side wall is formed. This space houses a stowage compartment accessible from outside said lavatory, the stowage compartment formed between said second side wall and said additional wall.

A bacteria removing water discharge device used for a water supply facility is provided. The device includes: a bacteria removing water generating part denaturing tap water to generate bacteria removing water; a bacteria removing water discharge part, the part including a water storage part storing the bacteria removing water temporally, a water discharge port discharging the bacteria removing water stored in the water storage part onto a water receiving part of the water supply facility; and a controller, the controller executing a bacteria removing mode discharging the bacteria removing water from the bacteria removing water discharge part to the water receiving part, and a residual water drain mode draining at least a portion of the bacteria removing water remained in the water storage part after executing the bacteria removing mode.

A bacteria removing water discharge device used for a water supply facility is provided. The device includes: a bacteria removing water generating part denaturing tap water to generate bacteria removing water; a bacteria removing water discharge part, the part including a water storage part storing the bacteria removing water temporally, a water discharge port discharging the bacteria removing water stored in the water storage part onto a water receiving part of the water supply facility; and a controller, the controller executing a bacteria removing mode discharging the bacteria removing water from the bacteria removing water discharge part to the water receiving part, and a residual water drain mode draining at least a portion of the bacteria removing water remained in the water storage part after executing the bacteria removing mode.

The at least one service module is attached to an outside of the housing. The housing encloses an inner space, which is free from additional service modules and includes at least one recess for accessing the at least one service unit of the at least one service module from an inside of the housing with the at least one service module being configured for providing access through the at least one recess. The at least one service module includes at least one additional access for accessing the at least one service unit from outside the housing.

A modular lavatory assembly for a vehicle cabin includes a lavatory module having a housing and a toilet system having a toilet arranged in an inner space of the lavatory module and at least one service module having at least one service unit for personal use by a passenger. The at least one service module is attached to an outside of the housing. The housing encloses an inner space, which is free from additional service modules and includes at least one recess for accessing the at least one service unit of the at least one service module from an inside of the housing with the at least one service module being configured for providing access through the at least one recess. A modular lavatory monument assembly configured to be positioned in the interior of an aircraft. The modular lavatory monument assembly includes first, second, third and fourth walls that cooperate to form an outer shell that defines a lavatory interior. The fourth wall includes an alcove extending outwardly therefrom. The assembly also includes a sink module positioned in the alcove, a mirror module positioned above the sink module in the alcove, and a door positioned on one of the second or third walls.

A modular lavatory monument assembly configured to be positioned in the interior of an aircraft. The modular lavatory monument assembly includes first, second, third and fourth walls that cooperate to form an outer shell that defines a lavatory interior. The fourth wall includes an alcove extending outwardly therefrom. The assembly also includes a sink module positioned in the alcove, a mirror module positioned above the sink module in the alcove, and a door positioned on one of the second or third walls.
