A portable bathing tub is shown and described. The portable bathing tub includes a frame having a housing placed on frame. The frame has a plurality of casters located on a bottom side of the frame. The housing is made up of a plurality of sidewalls and a top portion. The top portion includes a tub portion and a sink portion. There is a retractable shower fluidly connected to a water inlet source. There is further a grey water tank location within the housing supported by the frame.

To reduce the bulk of an aircraft toilet which includes a toilet bowl and a washbasin, the washbasin is movably mounted in the toilet to be able to adopt at least two distinct positions relative to the toilet bowl, including a retracted position adopted to bring the toilet into a configuration of use of the bowl, and a deployed position adopted to bring the toilet into a washbasin configuration, a position in which the washbasin is arranged above the bowl.

A lavatory unit for a vehicle is provided for washing feet. A toilet seat is put in the use position, a lid is put in the open position, the lid and a water drainage plate coupled by an engage/disengage mechanism are disengaged, and the water drainage plate is rotated to the placed position. With pressure on the water drainage plate, water is discharged from a faucet for a predetermined time by a water control unit, and the foot is washed on the water drainage plate. The water is drained to the inside of a toilet body through a discharge port. Once the foot is washed, the water on the upper surface of the water drainage plate is wiped, the water drainage plate is rotated from the placed position to the open position of the lid, or the lid is rotated to the closed position.

A lavatory unit for a vehicle is provided for washing feet. A bathroom module includes a shower area that includes a shower head, a control valve assembly, and a drain. The module also includes a toilet area including a toilet assembly and a transition area disposed between the shower area and the toilet area. The module also includes a shower area front wall and a shower area side wall, the shower area disposed along a first side of the shower area front wall and a first side of the shower area side wall. The module also includes a toilet area front wall and a toilet area side wall, the toilet area disposed along a first side of the toilet area front wall and a first side of the toilet area side wall. A grooming area includes a sink assembly that comprises a faucet, and the grooming area is disposed along a second side of at least one of the shower area front wall, the shower area side wall, the toilet area front wall, and the toilet area side wall.

A bathroom module includes a shower area that includes a shower head, a control valve assembly, and a drain. The module also includes a toilet area including a toilet assembly and a transition area disposed between the shower area and the toilet area. The module also includes a shower area front wall and a shower area side wall, the shower area disposed along a first side of the shower area front wall and a first side of the shower area side wall. The module also includes a toilet area front wall and a toilet area side wall, the toilet area disposed along a first side of the toilet area front wall and a first side of the toilet area side wall. A grooming area includes a sink assembly that comprises a faucet, and the grooming area is disposed along a second side of at least one of the shower area front wall, the shower area side wall, the toilet area front wall, and the toilet area side wall.

A real estate unit in accordance with a particular embodiment of the present technology includes an interior space at the ground floor of a commercial building. The interior space can have a purpose-built use (e.g., retail, warehouse, school, garage, etc.) and can be reversibly retrofitted to accommodate an alternative use (e.g., lodging, residential, office, assembly, etc.). The real estate unit can include reusable components (e.g., bathroom, wall, barrier, etc.) well suited for rapid deployment, removal, and redeployment. Use of these components can allow revenue from operating the real estate unit to exceed costs associated within transitioning the interior space from the purpose-built use to the alternative use even if the real estate unit is only operated for a short period of time. Furthermore, capital embodied in the components can be readily relocatable in response to long-term and short-term (e.g., seasonal) changes in demand.
