TIMEPIECE, METHOD OF DISPLAY CONTROL, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A timepiece includes one or more processors; and a display unit controlled by said one or more processors, wherein said one or more processors perform: obtaining a clock hand image; obtaining positional information indicating a location of the electronic device; and controlling the display unit to display a map image that includes said location of the electronic device and to display the clock hand image superimposed onto the map image in such a rotated manner as to indicate a time, a center of rotation of the clock hand image being set at said location of the electronic device in the map image.
Wristwatch-type notification apparatus
A wristwatch-type notification apparatus that displays information by using indicating hands includes a display section that drives and rotates one or more of the plurality of indicating hands to notify a user of time information and a notification section that notifies the user of event information representing that a pre-specified condition is satisfied by moving, on the basis of a trigger produced in accordance with the event information, an indicating hand to a display position specified in accordance with the type of the event information associated with the trigger and causing the indicating hand to make reciprocating motion in the forward and reverse directions over a range including the display position.
Electronic timepiece
An electronic timepiece includes indicators, an operation receiving unit, a timing unit and a processor. The operation receiving unit receives an operation performed by a user. The timing unit counts a date and time at present. The processor carries out operation control of the indicators and obtains a local time setting based on a time difference between a predetermined standard time and a local time at a target position. The processor makes at least a part of the indicators display the local time in accordance with the operation received by the operation receiving unit and obtains the local time setting based on a difference between the displayed local time and the date and time counted by the timing unit.
DEVICE, ELECTRONIC TIMEPIECE, AND STORAGE DEVICE
An embodiment of a device comprising one or more processors, the one or more processors configured to acquire time information by performing one or more of a first acquisition operation to control a communicator to communicate with an external device to receive signals including the time information, and a second acquisition operation to control one or more radio wave receivers to receive transmission radio waves with signals including the time information.
APPARATUS COMPRISING AN ELECTROLUMINESCENT DISPLAY
An electronic apparatus comprising an electro-luminescent display device, an information display window defined on an outward facing surface of the display device to form a data display portion having a characteristic pixel density, a digital assembly to output data to the display device for display on the information display window, a viewing window through which information displayed on the information display window is viewable from outside of the apparatus, and a low haze translucent plastic light filter disposed between the viewing window and the display window. The translucent plastic filter comprises a low haze clear plastic slab which is doped or deposited with pigments to produce translucence or a homogenous translucent layer; and wherein and the clear plastic slab has a first refractive index and the pigments have a second refractive index which is same as, comparable or matched with the first refractive index.
DECOMPOSITION OF DYNAMIC GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACES
A system is described that is configured to generate a rendering of a graphical user interface (GUI) for display at a display of a first device and identify a set of dynamic components from the GUI that change during a period of time. The system is further configured to determine respective display information associated with each dynamic component that includes an indication of an image of the corresponding dynamic component; and an indication of a position of the corresponding dynamic component within the GUI during discrete intervals of the period of time. The system is further configured to generate, based on the respective display information, display instructions that configure a second device to display the GUI at a display of the second device, and send, to the second device, the display instructions.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An electronic device includes a display module having a hole and including a plurality of first light sources disposed along a perimeter of one side of the display module and a plurality of second light sources which are positioned opposite the plurality of first light sources and are disposed along a perimeter of the other side of the display module, a shaft rotatably inserted into the hole of the display module, a movement which is positioned in the rear of the display module, is connected to one end of the shaft, and provides a rotational force for the shaft, a window which is separated from the display module and is positioned in front of the display module, and a hand which is positioned between the display module and the window and is fixed to the other end of the shaft.
APPLICATION PROGRAM INTERFACE FOR MANAGING COMPLICATION DATA
A computing device is described that requests, at a first time and from a data provider, packaged complication data associated with a complication that comprises a graphical notification element on a display device. The computing device receives the packaged complication data that includes a plurality of complication data updates and timing data that defines a respective length of time that each complication data update is to be displayed. The computing device, responsive to receiving the packaged complication data, outputs, for display, a graphical user interface including current time information and the complication including a graphical indication of a first complication data update. The computing device determines a second time at which to output a graphical indication of a second complication data update for display. The computing device replaces, at the second time, the graphical indication of the first complication data update with that of the second complication data update.
Dual-Display Smart Watch with Proximal and Distal (Analog and Electronic) Displays
This invention is a dual-display smart watch with a proximal dorsal display and a distal dorsal display. In an example, the proximal and distal displays can both be electronic displays. In an example, one display can be an analog watch face with mechanically-moving watch hands and the other display can be an electronic display. The displays can show different types of information such as: the time; notifications or messages; steps, heart rate, blood pressure, glucose level, or other biometric information; temperature, weather, location, directions, or other environmental information; and pictures, icons, or other digital images.
