Wearable electronic device with an optical sensor module integrated with a wireless charging module

A wearable electronic device, for example a smart watch, has an optical sensor module disposed near a side of the device meant to face the wearer. The device also includes a wireless charging module. The optical sensor and wireless charging modules are at least partially integrated together via a flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) which is connected to both modules. The wireless charging module surrounds the FPCB of the optical sensor module, thus allowing a reduction in thickness of the wearable device and further allowing simplification in a process of assembly of the device.

Disclosed is a novel timer module. The novel timer module includes a replaceable movement, a master control circuit board, an upper housing, and a lower housing. A circuit board is disposed inside the replaceable movement. Five first inserting pins are welded on the circuit board. The first inserting pins are exposed from the outside of a housing of the replaceable movement. The master control circuit board is located in the upper housing and the lower housing, and is fixed on an upper surface of the lower housing. A relay is disposed inside the master control circuit board. Contacts of the relay respectively extend and are fixed on a surface of the master control circuit board by using leads. Therefore, a problem that a conventional timer movement is fixedly welded on a circuit of a timer module can be resolved.

A housing assembly, a wearable device and an assembling method are provided. The housing assembly includes: a middle frame with an opening; a screen assembly that is located on the middle frame and covers the opening; an edge of the screen assembly provided with a stepped structure; an annular member that is disposed at the stepped structure of the screen assembly; a center of the annular member being aligned with a center of the opening; a connector that connects the annular member and the middle frame. Furthermore, at least one of the annular member or the middle frame is made of metal.

Loops for the fastener may be formed from warp strands and may have multiple sizes.
