DIGITAL-TWIN MODELING METHOD FOR AUTOMATED TESTING PIPELINE FOR CIRCUIT BREAKERS
A digital-twin modeling method for an automated testing pipeline for circuit breakers involves acquiring a three-dimensional digitalized model of each mechanical installation in the testing pipeline; modeling hierarchy according to an actual production process and motion states; performing mesh optimization on the resulting model; designing movements of each said mechanical installation, so as to obtain mechanical movement tracks of the models; combining actual movement logic and cooperative relationship among the movements to edit the mechanical movement tracks of the models; and introducing motion control, so as to conduct motion simulation in a digital-twin scene, thereby implementing virtual movements synchronous with movements of the actual testing pipeline. The method realizes centralized management of production data of the pipeline and realizes remote visualized operation, management and maintenance of the testing pipeline, thereby providing a basic platform for digitalized production of miniature circuit breakers.

The method comprises: during a predetermined time period, collecting a plurality of wind speed data and a plurality of wind direction data, and processing the collected plurality of wind speed data and plurality of wind direction data; on the basis of the processed wind speed data and wind direction data, establishing a model of the corresponding relationship between wind speed, wind direction angle change, yaw control precision, yaw fatigue, and power loss; and, on the basis of the current wind speed data, wind direction data, predetermined yaw fatigue range, and predetermined power loss range, by means of the corresponding relationship model, determining the yaw control precision corresponding to the current wind speed and current wind direction angle change.

The method includes building and executing, by the controller, a first model of the centrifugal pump, based on the specification curve. The method includes receiving sensor data corresponding to and during the operation of the pump. The method includes updating the first model according to the sensor data to produce an updated model, and storing the updated model as a digital twin of the centrifugal pump.

FIRE TEST SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TUNNEL STRUCTURE BASED ON REAL-TIME FUSION OF NUMERICAL AND PHYSICAL SPACES
The present disclosure provides a fire test system and method for tunnel structure based on real-time fusion of numerical and physical spaces. The fire test system includes: a physical test unit, to perform a holographic fire test on the typical segment components of tunnel structure system in a physical space, to obtain holographic characteristic parameter data of the typical components; a numerical analysis unit, to establish a full-scale numerical model of the tunnel-stratum composite system in a numerical space, to obtain multi-field coupling boundary data of the typical components; and a fusion control unit, to control and adjust a multi-field coupling boundary of the physical space according to the multi-field coupling boundary data, and to update and adjust an input parameter of the numerical space according to the holographic characteristic parameter data.
