Chemical liquid preparation method, chemical liquid preparation device, and substrate processing device
A chemical liquid preparation method of preparing a chemical liquid for treating a film formed on a substrate, including a gas dissolving process in which an oxygen-containing gas and an inert-gas-containing gas are dissolved in the chemical liquid by supplying the oxygen-containing gas which contains oxygen gas and the inert-gas-containing gas which contains an inert gas to a chemical liquid, wherein in the gas dissolving process, a dissolved oxygen concentration in the chemical liquid is adjusted by setting a mixing ratio between the oxygen-containing gas and the inert-gas-containing gas supplied to the chemical liquid as a mixing ratio corresponding to a predetermined target dissolved oxygen concentration.

Automated control system
Aspects of the disclosure relate to a method that may include receiving a watering restriction for a location, detecting that a sprinkler controller is associated with a property within the location, and transmitting, to the sprinkler controller, the watering restriction. Additionally, a method may include receiving, at a sprinkler controller, a watering restriction for a location, the sprinkler controller associated with a property within the location, and adjusting, in response to the watering restriction, a sprinkling schedule for the property. Furthermore, a method may include receiving weather prediction information associated with a property, updating, in response to the weather prediction information, a sprinkling schedule for a sprinkler system associated with the property, receiving, after a time period, updated weather prediction information for the property, and updating the sprinkling schedule based on a comparison between the sprinkling schedule and the weather prediction information over the time period.
Smart building manager
A building manager includes a communications interface configured to receive information from a smart energy grid. The building manager further includes an integrated control layer configured to receive inputs from and to provide outputs to a plurality of building subsystems. The integrated control layer includes a plurality of control algorithm modules configured to process the inputs and to determine the outputs. The building manager further includes a fault detection and diagnostics layer configured to use statistical analysis on the inputs received from the integrated control layer to detect and diagnose faults. The building manager yet further includes a demand response layer configured to process the information received from the smart energy grid to determine adjustments to the plurality of control algorithms of the integrated control layer.
Dynamically programmed water timer
Programmable controller technology, in which data is received that identifies a particular type of irrigation system component that is to be controlled by a programmable controller. Based on receiving the data identifying the particular type of irrigation system component, configuration information is accessed for the particular type of irrigation system component. Based on the configuration information, a configuration is determined for one or more interface ports of the programmable controller. The one or more interface ports of the programmable controller are configured according to the determined configuration. A connection between the particular type of irrigation system component and the programmable controller that satisfies the determined configuration is detected. Based on detecting the connection between the particular type of irrigation system component and the programmable controller that satisfies the determined configuration, the particular type of irrigation system component is controlled through the one or more interface ports.
Hierarchical power control system
This disclosure relates to a hierarchical power control system linked to a cloud server comprising a first microgrid cell including a first ESS equipped with a UPS structure and a first load with a power state managed by the first ESS; a second microgrid cell including a second load and a second ESS that manages a power state of the second load; a third microgrid cell including a third load; an emergency cell including an additional ESS equipped with a UPS structure and an additional emergency generator, and selectively connected to the second microgrid cell; a middleware server which communicates with the first to third microgrid cells and the emergency cell; and an integrated control system for receiving power supply state information of the first to third microgrid cells, and establishing an integrated operation schedule based on the received power supply state information of the first to third microgrid cells.
Dual disk check valve
A dual-disk check valve is disclosed. The dual-disk check valve comprises a housing having at least two inlet ports and an outlet port, at least two adapters securely affixed to both inlet ports, and a valve assembly, which is respectively disposed at each inlet port. The valve assembly at the inlet ports is configured to operate within the housing according to the fluid flow. The valve assembly comprises a disc provided with a spring, which is securely disposed against the respective two inlet ports using seat rings and washers. The disc at one inlet port is adapted for movement between an open position and a closed position, thereby preventing the fluid flow via the inlet port to the outlet port when another inlet port is opened for allowing fluid flow through it. The one inlet port is configured to automatically close when the fluid flows from another inlet port.
Backflow prevention device and dialysis apparatus with the backflow prevention device
The present disclosure provides a backflow prevention device, comprising: an inlet chamber comprising at least two ports, in which a first port is used for receiving a fluid; a chamber-separating component comprising a separating member and a relief valve; an outlet chamber separated from the inlet chamber by the separating member; the relief valve being operatively connected with the separating member for opening or closing a drain port of the outlet chamber; wherein the fluid is allowed to be delivered from the outlet chamber only when the relief valve is closed by means of a differential pressure applied on the separating member. Also provided is a dialysis apparatus comprising the backflow prevention device. According to the present disclosure, the backflow prevention device has simple structure, reduced dead space and small sizes and can work reliably.
