20170294830 · 2017-10-12 · ·

A configurable impedance circuit is provided, including a filter for filtering a received DC voltage and a controller. The filter includes a first capacitor, a second capacitor, and a selectable switch coupled in series with the second capacitor and coupled to receive a control signal. The selectable switch and the second capacitor are selectively coupled in parallel with the first capacitor. The controller is connected to sense a differential voltage across the second capacitor and configured to generate the control signal to open or close the selectable switch based on the differential voltage across the second capacitor, so as to maintain a voltage range across the second capacitor. According to disclosure of the present invention, the total physical size of the capacitors is reduced and the size of the power supply is reduced accordingly.

The purpose of the invention is to provide a guideline for, when adding a new power cell to a power network, solving the problem of how to set an operation mode of a power conversion leg. Assuming that a power conversion leg (JRL) of the power router (JR) of a power cell (J) and a power conversion leg (KRL) of the power router (KR) of a power cell (K) are connected to each other and power is transferred from the power cell (J) to the power cell (K) when the utility grid breaks down, the leg operation modes of the leg (JRL) of the power router (JR) and leg (KRL) of the power router (KR) are set as follows: the power conversion leg (JRL) of the power router (JR) is set to a stand-alone mode; and the power conversion leg (KRL) of the power router (KR) is set to a designate power transmission/reception mode when the utility grid does not break down and to a master mode from the designate power transmission/reception mode when the utility grid breaks down.

A method and mobile terminal for correcting the power of a mobile terminal is provided, including reading the register of a coulometer chip for acquiring a first power of a battery; matching the first power with a preset power level, each of power levels corresponding to a preset service logic; correcting the first power by a preset service logic matched with the first power to form and display a second power. In this way, it is only necessary to compensate the actual power according to a certain criterion to acquire a second power after the acquisition of the actual power, without need of adding additional devices or changing hardware arrangement in a hardware system, thereby enabling a user to use battery power as much as possible, and reducing unnecessary charging operations.

Distributed Power Harvesting Systems Using DC Power Sources

A method for maintaining reliability of a distributed power system including a power converter having input terminals and output terminals. Input power is received at the input terminals. The input power is converted to an output power at the output terminals. A temperature is measured in or in the environment of the power converter. The power conversion of the input power to the output power may be controlled to maximize the input power by setting at the input terminals the input voltage or the input current according to predetermined criteria. One of the predetermined criteria is configured to reduce the input power based on the temperature signal responsive to the temperature. The adjustment of input power reduces the input voltage and/or input current thereby lowering the temperature of the power converter.
