Locking knob
A rotary controller selectively-disengageable locking knob assembly, including a hub having a longitudinal axis and an axial bore extending at least partially through the inner hub along the longitudinal axis, wherein the axial bore is configured to receive a shaft of a rotary controller arranged in or on a device surface. The hub includes a radial bore extending from an outer surface of the hub to the axial bore, wherein the radial bore is perpendicular to the axial bore. A knob is concentrically disposed about at least a portion of the hub, wherein the knob includes at least one central bore structured to receive at least a portion of the hub, a radial slot alignable with the radial bore, and a circumferential bottom surface having a first engagement arrangement. The knob is axially moveable on the hub to selectively disengage the first engagement arrangement from contact with the second engagement arrangement.
Actuator, in particular, for a motor vehicle
A control element, in particular, a switching device for the manual actuation of functions in a motor vehicle, having a handle. The handle is mounted on a carrier such that the handle is adjustable in two different directions from a neutral position into adjustment positions. The control element furthermore can detect the adjustment positions, with the control element having a code carrier for the detection of the adjustment positions, which encodes the adjustment positions, and a sensor which senses the coding, in such a way that all adjustment positions can be detected by way of the one code carrier.
Shift device
In a transmission mechanism, a motor is driven to rotate a rotation shaft, thereby rotating a rotor cam and a lock gear through a worm gear, a helical gear, and an intermediate gear. A cam is rotated integrally with the lock gear, thereby causing a lock bar to move to a position to restrict rotation of a knob and to a position to release rotation-restriction of the knob. A magnet is provided at the lock gear, and the magnet rotates integrally with the lock gear. Accordingly, the position of the rotor cam and the position of the lock bar can be detected from the position of the magnet.
Trigger guard and pendant for a portable hydraulic power unit
A trigger guard for a pendant for controlling a hydraulic power unit includes a first prong extending from a front side of a handle of the pendant; a second prong extending from the front side of the handle; a groove disposed between the first prong and the second prong, the groove defined by the first prong, the second prong, and the handle; a first gap disposed between the first prong and a head of the pendant; and a second gap disposed between the second prong and the head. The trigger is disposed between the first prong and the second prong such that the trigger is accessible through the groove, the first gap, and the second gap.
Actuator locking mechanism
An apparatus for unlocking an actuator, such as a RAT actuator includes a first member; and a second member movable between a blocking position in which said second member is engaged with said first member so as to block movement of said first member and an unblocking position in which said second member is disengaged from said first member so that movement of the first member is not blocked. The first member is an arm arranged such that in the blocking position it is disposed between said second member and a lock release element of said actuator.
Control lever device for construction machine
A lock mechanism is provided in front of each of left and right consoles to fix the console in an optional position. Each of the lock mechanisms is provided with a lock release lever for selecting a lock state of fixing the console and a lock release state of releasing fixation of the console. Each of the lock release levers is provided to extend outward in a left-right direction from the lock mechanism. The lock state is defined by an inclined posture in which a tip end side of the lock release lever is in an oblique downward direction and the lock release state is defined by a horizontal posture in which the tip end sides of the lock release lever is rotated in an upward direction. A hand hold part is provided in front of each of the consoles and above each of the lock release levers to swing the console in the upper-lower direction in the lock release state.
Control Element for a Vehicle
A control element for a vehicle is designed to change between a parking state and a driving state. In the parked state, the control element is designed to enable a driver to switch the vehicle from a parked state to a travel state. The control element also enables the vehicle driver to freely select a gear of the vehicle by changing from a parking state into a drive state.
RETRACTING AND EXTENDING CONTROL SELECTORS
A system for inhibiting and providing access to appliance control knobs includes a support structure for mounting individual control knobs or groups thereof, and an actuator assembly for extending and retracting control knobs either individually or collectively.
KNOB MECHANISM FOR GAS COOKTOP
A locking mechanism to prevent inadvertent gas flow for a knob for a gas cooktop may include a stem configured to abut the knob in the resting position to prevent actuation of the knob, a locking mechanism movable between a locked position preventing translation of the stem to prevent against unintentional rotation of the knob, and a released position allowing translation of the stem and thus activation of the flow of gas from the burner, the locking mechanism including a rotatable mechanism wherein rotation of the rotatable mechanism moves the locking mechanism from the locked position to the released position, and a button arranged spaced and separate from the knob and attached to a rod extending downward from the button to engage the rotatable mechanism where the rod rotates the rotatable mechanism to translate the locking mechanism to the released position to allow the knob to be depressed in response to actuation of the button and the knob to prevent against unintentional rotation of the knob.
Driving joystick assembly for a construction machine
A driving joystick arrangement for a construction machine comprises an operating lever and a basic housing, wherein the operating lever is pivoted in the basic housing, and the basic housing comprises a shift gate through which the operating lever extends. The operating lever comprises, at least in sections, a material which is suited and arranged in the operating lever such that a position of the operating lever relative to the basic housing can be detected by means of the Hall sensor.
