To provide an operation input device (100) including an operating knob (11) to be operated by a user; a guide unit (12) having vertices and formed in different directions with respect to each of the vertices being base points, the guide unit (12) indicating an operating area for the operating knob; first sensors (23) each for detecting whether the operating knob (11) is present at a corresponding one of the vertices; and a calculating unit (2) for calculating a set value on the basis of input information received from each of the first sensors (23), by which the user can accurately perform an input operation scale by scale even without looking at the operation input device (100).
Control systems
A control system (400) for an active inceptor (103) for a fly by wire aircraft permits a zero force null point to settle to a non-zero displacement trim position. An internal position state of a second order mass spring damper model is moved in conjunction with force-displacement characteristic coordinates. This results in no second order dynamics being superimposed on the feel of the inceptor (103) when dynamically adjusting the trim position, thereby eliminating the possibility of any unpleasant buzzing been felt by the operator of the inceptor during a trimming operation.
MAGNETIC LOCKING MECHANISM FOR PROSTHETIC OR ORTHOTIC JOINTS
A magnetic locking actuator for a prosthetic or orthotic device is provided. The actuator includes a first component including one or more magnets and a second component including one or more magnets. The first and second components are coupled to separate portions of the device. The magnets allow for adjustment of a length of the actuator to adjust an angular orientation of the first and second portions of the device. When magnets in the second component are aligned with magnets in the first component having an opposite polarity, a position of the second component is fixed relative to the first component, locking the actuator. When magnets in the second component are not aligned with magnets in the first component having the opposite polarity, the position of the second component is adjustable relative to the first component, thereby allowing adjustment of the height of the actuator.

Work Vehicle
In a work vehicle, a pivot axis of an operating lever and a rotary axis of a potentiometer are located on a same axis. An interlocking mechanism includes an input part which inputs power of the operating lever following the operating lever about the pivot axis as a pivot, and an output part which is supported to a rotary operation shaft and outputs power of the input part to the rotary operation shaft. The input part and the output part are operably connected via a connecting pin.

In a work vehicle, a pivot axis of an operating lever and a rotary axis of a potentiometer are located on a same axis.
