Floor cleaning implement with improved driving interface for use with a floor maintenance machine
A floor cleaning implement, such as a disc brush, for use in a floor maintenance machine includes a core providing a female portion of a mating interface. The female portion has a central recess with a plurality of pockets extending radially outward from the central recess. Each of the plurality of pockets has a head section that is radially distal from the central recess and has a neck section that is radially intermediate the respective head section and the central recess. Each head section is wider in an angular direction than the corresponding neck section.
Multi-purpose cleaning trowel
A multipurpose cleaning trowel is provided. The cleaning trowel includes a base having a first side, a second side, a flexible section, a blade section, and a mounting section positioned between the flexible section and the blade section. The cleaning trowel further includes a handling device removably secured to the first side of the base at the mounting section and a cleaning pad receiving region. A cleaning pad is removably secured to the base. The handling device is interchangeable between a fixed handle and a swivel base.
Surface cleaning apparatus
A surface cleaning apparatus includes a fluid delivery system having a manifold with a plurality of release openings for delivering a cleaning fluid to the surface to be cleaned. The manifold further includes an elongated hollow tube with at least one open end and at least one plug closing the at least one open end of the tube
Manufacturing method and manufacturing system for cleaning member
A method of manufacturing a cleaning member includes a fiber bundle conveying step conveying a fiber bundle to a merging section, a nonwoven fabric conveying step conveying the nonwoven fabric strips to the merging section; a multilayer web forming step forming a multilayer web by overlaying the fiber bundle on the nonwoven fiber strips at the merging part; and a joining step joining the fiber bundle and the nonwoven fabric strips to each other in the multilayer web. In the fiber bundle conveying step, the fiber bundle is conveyed at a tension at which there is no width shrinkage in the fiber bundle, and in the multilayer web forming step, the multilayer web is formed by overlaying the fiber bundle on the nonwoven strips while applying a tension that does not cause width shrinkage in the fiber bundle.
L shape half mitt
The L shape half mitt is a wiping towel formed into a mitt style shape, and providing an additional open side so the user can easily slide the hand inside the cavity of the mitt from either of two adjacent openings and accessing the one corner as a stiffened cleaning edge and having two open sides and two closed sides and allowing the user to wrap the extra amount of towel material around the hand of the user or an item placed within the pocket cavity and to wrap the opened flap of material around the item placed within.
Manual cleaning tool
The present invention includes a roller brush provided in a frame main body. The roller brush includes a rigid shaft, a pair of guide rollers, which are arranged concentrically with a shaft center line of the rigid shaft, and are mounted to shaft ends of the rigid shaft, and a cleaning brush cloth including cut piles raised from a cloth front surface of a foundation cloth. The cleaning brush cloth is helically wound around a shaft outer-peripheral surface of the rigid shaft with a cloth back surface of the foundation cloth being in contact with the shaft outer-peripheral surface, and is fixed to the rigid shaft.
Toy gathering and storage device
A toy gathering and storage device for gathering and storing toys includes a rake that has a handle which comprises an exterior section and an interior section, such that the handle is extendable. A top edge of a slat is coupled to a bottom end of the exterior section. A plurality of claws is coupled to and extends from a bottom edge of the slat. The device includes a collector that has a rod which comprises an inner section and an outer section, such that the rod is extendable. A bracket is coupled to and extends from a bottom terminus of the outer section. A pan is pivotally coupled to the bracket. A bag, which is flexible, is positionable around the pan and the bracket. The bag is couplable to the bracket.
Spray mop
The spray mop includes a handle having a mop head at its lower end and a grip at its upper end. The mop includes a receiver adapted to hold an inverted bottle of cleaning solution, as sold at retail with an attached sprayer. The mop includes an adapter that is screwed onto the bottle of cleaning solution after the original sprayer is removed, whereby the bottle of cleaning solution can be inverted and inserted into the receiver. A spring-loaded retainer securely holds the bottle of cleaning solution in the receiver so that if the mop is dropped, inverted, or bumped there will be no leakage, while a trigger on a handgrip at the upper portion of the mop handle activates a valve in the adapter whereby cleaning solution is dispensed through a spray nozzle at the lower portion of the receiver.
EXTENDABLE POLE FOR CLEANING TOOL
Telescoping pole systems, glides, and clamps thereof are described. The telescoping pole system includes a plurality of nested poles. The glides include a body having one or more projections. The projections lock the glides into a pole. The glide contacts a flange of the clamp, thereby prevent a pole from being fully removed from a pole it is nested within. The poles of such systems may be multi-lobed.
