A system for process shaping in a retail store environment comprises a video generation and processing component, a data source integration and aggregation component for aggregating and integrate information received from various sources, a process sensing component for generating one or more continuous processes, a process aggregator and weighing component for aggregating the one or more continuous processes into a merged weighted process, a proof of problem and value component for determining one or more process variations, a ripple effect analyser for sending one or more nudging messages to the retail store environment, and a gamified feedback algorithm component for communicating a nudging action corresponding to a nudging message, to one or more entities in the retail store environment.

The audio portion is transcribed using a machine learned model. Models may be selected by the recording quality and potentially accents or other speech patterns that are present. The transcription is then linked to the video/screen capture chronology, so that automatic scrolling is enabled, clip selection from the transcription, and searching to a video time is possible. Methods and corresponding system are provided herewith that, in at least one embodiment, include the act or acts of: determining that a service provided by a restaurant is available for bidding. The service is provided for a particular time and a particular date. The methods and system also include receiving a bid for the service provided by the restaurant, in which the bid is associated with a first amount; storing the bid with a plurality of other bids in a storage device; and comparing the bid with at least one other bid that is submitted for reserving the service. The at least one other bid is associated with a second amount. The methods and system also include determining that the first amount is greater than the second amount; and outputting an indicia that grants the request to reserve the service provided by the restaurant to a highest bidder, in which the first amount submitted by the highest bidder is greater than the second amount.

Systems and methods for distributed business process management are disclosed. In one embodiment, in an information processing apparatus comprising at least one computer processor, a method for configuration-driven distributed orchestration using different software components to execute a complex business process may include: (1) receiving a request for a runtime flow from a flow management adapter; (2) reading a flow configuration from the request; (3) creating an instance of the runtime flow; (4) initiating a service call to each component in the runtime flow; (5) creating a runtime instance in a database along with a state of each dependency in the runtime flow; and in response to external dependencies being met: (6) building and sending message to the components using a message builder; (7) initiating flow actions via an event-driven scheduler; and (8) making a service call to at least one of the components using the message builders.

An apparatus in one embodiment comprises at least one processing platform including a plurality of processing devices. The processing platform is configured to receive a request to deploy one or more applications of a plurality of selected applications, wherein the plurality of selected applications are selected based on a determined role of an individual within an enterprise, and to deploy the one or more applications for at least one user device responsive to the request. The processing platform is further configured to monitor execution of the one or more applications in connection with the at least one user device, to receive and analyze data corresponding to the execution of the one or more applications, and to automatically generate one or more recommendations in connection with the deployment of the one or more applications for the at least one user device based on the received and analyzed data.

Methods and systems for sequential estimate automation are described, wherein data extracted from an initial estimate is analyzed using a database of rules and a database of previous estimate data. Mitigation estimates or other information provided to the method or system may be supplemented through the use of intelligent decisions. Results of the methods and systems may be used to automatically generate a scope of work estimate.

Systems and methods for sourcing participants for a usability study are provided. In some embodiments the systems and methods receive study parameters including the type of study, time-to-field of the study, required number of participants, and required participant attributes. Additionally, a set of business rules for the study are received. These business rules may be received from a client, extrapolated from a service contract with a client for which the study is being performed, or generated based on the monitored outcomes of sourcing of previous studies. Next, panel sources for potential participants and pricing data are queried, and a set of the sources are selected based upon the pricing data. Participants are then received from these sources, which are then fielded in the study and monitored for outcomes.

A method for supporting a user in initiating or stopping one or more payments for a parked vehicle at one or more locations. The method includes determining that a user activity indicative of the one or more payments for the parked vehicle is being performed during one or more time intervals where the one or more payments for the parked vehicle are to be initiated or stopped by: obtaining information relating to the user activity from one or more apps likely related to parking in a mobile communication device during the one or more time intervals, and/or monitoring operations likely related to parking generated by the user activity in the mobile communication device during the one or more time intervals.

The supply chain management apparatus includes: an input unit that receives input information indicating a change in market conditions; a storage unit that stores supply chain information in which constituent companies of a supply chain, T&Cs information in which T&Cs of each of the constituent companies of the supply chain is registered, and a condition for a key performance indicator which should be satisfied, the condition for a key performance indicator being set for each of the constituent companies; a T&Cs calculation unit that, when the input information is received, calculates a supply chain plan corresponding to the change in the market conditions indicated by the input information based on a predetermined calculation method, and when a key performance indicator calculated based on the supply chain plan does not meet the condition for the key performance indicator, changes the T&Cs so that the key performance indicator is optimal.
