The systems, methods and computer program products (collectively “system”) described herein relate to customized real time data delivery. The system may be configured to receive, by a performance marketing cluster, first data from a first data source. The system may also receive, by the performance marketing cluster, second data from a second data source. The system may determine, by the marketing cluster, an analysis scheme for the first data and the second data based on the first data source. The system may also determine, by the marketing cluster, at least one of a propensity to act or a recommendation selected from a predefined number of available options for a population based on the analysis scheme and the first data source.

A consumer may initiate a transaction using a transaction account. The transaction account issuer may transmit a notification to the consumer that the transaction has been authorized. The consumer may select requestees with whom to split the transaction. The transaction account issuer may transmit notifications to requestees to request payment from the requestees. The transaction account issuer may transfer the payment from a transaction account of the requestee to the consumer's transaction account.

A method and apparatus for a commerce platform coordinating a purchase of a product sold by a merchant system through a third party application are described. The method may include receiving a notification from the third party application requesting to purchase a product from within the third party application, wherein the notification comprises an identifier for the product and an identifier for the merchant system that sells the product. The method may also include a product checkout interface having an appearance consistent with an appearance of a user interface of the third party application, and transmitting the product checkout interface generated by the commerce platform to a user device executing the third party application causing the third party application to render the product checkout interface within at least a portion of the user interface of the third party application.

In some embodiments, there is provided a system for automatically recommending an item to a customer comprising a plurality of items available for purchase; a portable electronic device configured to obtain identifying data corresponding to a first item collected by a user; and a control circuit configured to receive data associated with the first item; determine a location in the retail store of the first item; identify one or more items previously purchased by the user that are located within a threshold proximity to the location; determine a most frequently bought item of the identified one or more items; and cause a portable electronic device to display a suggestion for the user to collect the most frequently bought item and add the most frequently bought item to an electronic shopping list of items to purchase.

A multimodal recommendation identification system analyzes data describing a sequence of past content item interactions to generate a recommendation for a content item for a user. An indication of the recommended content item is provided to a website hosting system or recommendation system so that the recommended content item is displayed or otherwise presented to the user. The multimodal recommendation identification system identifies a content item to recommend to the user by generating an encoding that encodes identifiers of the sequence of content items the user has interacted with and generating encodings that encode multimodal information for content items in the sequence of content items the user has interacted with. An aggregated information encoding for a user based on these encodings and a system analyzes the content item sequence encoding and interaction between the content item sequence encoding and the multiple modality encodings to generate the aggregated information encoding.
