DISH CLEANING BY DIRT LOCALIZATION AND TARGETING
A system and method for cleaning a dish, comprising: capturing at least one image of said dish using at least one camera; computing a bounding polygon for a dirty region in said image, wherein said dirty region is a region of said dish containing unwanted material that needs to be removed; computing a three dimensional representation of said bounding polygon by estimating three dimensional locations of multiple points within said bounding polygon; computing a spray pattern within said three dimensional representation of said bounding polygon such that the spray pattern substantially covers all regions of said three dimensional representation; and spraying a fluid on said dirty region of said dish with a nozzle, wherein said nozzle is reoriented or relocated such that said fluid reaches at least one location within said three dimensional representation of said bounding polygon according to said spray pattern, whereby dirty regions of said dish are targeted for a fast and efficient cleaning of said dish.
FOOD OR WARE WASHING, DEGLAZING AND DEFROSTING SYSTEM AND METHODS OF DEGLAZING AND DEFROSTING FOOD ITEMS
A system and method for deglazing or defrosting items, for cleaning wares, and/or for thermalizing/rethermalizing food items. The system includes a tank for holding fluid and a wash pump for creating a rolling washing action within the wash tank. The method includes placing items into the fluid so that as the fluid rolls within the wash tank, the items become deglazed or defrosted. The system further includes a discharge manifold with a plurality of discharge jets, a flow balancer for equalizing flow to multiple sections of the tank, and a diffuser plate for equalizing flow within a section of the tank. The various components of the system can be removed for cleaning, inspection, and/or replacement. The discharge manifold is accessible for removal and is configured to be easily cleaned.
WASHING MACHINE, COMPONENTS THEREOF AND METHODS OF CLEANING
A method of cleaning a washing machine and components and systems for enabling a user to clean the washing machine are provided. The method includes gaining access to debris that is trapped in otherwise inaccessible and/or concealed areas and/or directing debris out of inaccessible and/or concealed areas. The components include a jet channel that selectively couples to a discharge manifold in use and is removable to provide access to an interior area of the discharge manifold for cleaning. The systems include a removable mount assembly for accessories and a purging system for pumps and other concealed areas. The purging system is configured to discharge purging fluid through a plurality of purging ports and into concealed areas so as to direct debris in the concealed areas out of the concealed areas.
APPARATUS FOR SEPARATING CHEMISTRIES IN A DOOR-TYPE DISHMACHINE
The present disclosure relates to a dishmachine that includes at least two tanks and methods of using the tanks to isolate, substantially isolate, or incrementally isolate different chemistries from each other during a cycle. The disclosed dishmachine design and method allows for the use of two different, and potentially incompatible, reactive, or offsetting chemistries to be used in the same dishmachine cycle.
Home appliance with a water inlet system and method of operating home appliance
A household appliance includes a water inlet configured to connect the appliance to an external water supply; a pressure control device configured to prevent water entering the appliance from the water inlet from exceeding atmospheric pressure; a treatment container configured to treat household items with water; and a seal between the pressure control device and the treatment container configured to prevent gas flowing from the treatment container to the pressure control device.
Automatic Washing Machine And Method
The invention relates to a method of automatic dishwashing of dishware using wash water, in which, in a first step, a first composition, which comprises an oxygen bleach but substantially no enzyme, is supplied to the wash water, and the dishware is washed in a washing zone with the oxygen bleach-containing wash water; and, in a second step which occurs after the first step, a second composition, which comprises an enzyme but substantially no bleach, is supplied to the wash water, and the dishware is washed in said washing zone with the enzyme-containing wash water. The invention also relates to an automatic dishwasher and a cartridge suitable for use in this method.
Household appliance and method for controlling same
The present invention relates to a household appliance and a method for controlling same. The household appliance includes: at least one chamber for accommodating a to-be-processed object and at least one door for closing the chamber; a collection module, at least for collecting a time signal when the door is opened; a controller, connected to the collection module to receive and analyze the time signal generated by the collection module when the door is opened, count a high-frequency time segment when the door is opened in a predetermined time period T1, and generate a control signal for controlling an operation state of a function loading module; and the function loading module, connected to the controller to receive the control signal for controlling operation of the function loading module. Therefore, the present invention provides a household appliance with a new control method.
Washing machine with circulating water supply pipe and manufacturing method of circulating water supply pipe
The present disclosure provides a washing machine and a manufacturing method of a circulating water supply pipe. The washing machine includes a casing having a front surface on which a laundry inlet is formed, a tub which is disposed in the casing and has an opening at a front surface thereof, a drum which is rotatably provided in the tub, a pump which pressure-feeds water discharged from the tub, a gasket which forms a passage connecting the laundry inlet and the opening to each other, a plurality of nozzles which is provided on an inner peripheral surface defining the passage of the gasket and injects the water pressure-fed by the pump into the drum, and a circulating water supply pipe which is disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the gasket opposite to the inner peripheral surface and guides the water pressure-fed by the pump to the plurality of nozzles.
WASHING OR WASHING/STERILIZING AND DRYING OR DRYING/STERILIZING WITH OPTIONAL INDEPENDENT STERILIZATION APPARATUS WITH ROBOTIC ARMS
A washing and drying unit configured to perform at least one of washing, drying, and sterilizing, or any combination thereof includes at least one sensor configured to determine a dimension and/or shape of the object, a washing and/or sterilizing apparatus and a drying and/or sterilizing apparatus configured to direct at least one apparatus or spray of a washing and/or sterilizing or a drying and/or sterilizing fluid to the object, at least one robot arm connected to at least one of the apparatuses, and a controller operable to orient and move the at least one robot arm.
