System and method to create and operate an electronic marketplace of trusted banks for participation in commercial loans too large for an individual bank
The technology disclosed relates to creation and operation of a marketplace among trusted small and medium sized banks for participation in commercial loans too large for an individual participating bank to undertake on its own. This technology can be applied to formation of other marketplaces in which trust matters and controlled dissemination of opportunity information, as in layers or rounds, proceeds manually. Aspects of the technology disclosed can be used by initiators and participants to syndicate loans once a marketplace is established, whether the market is established applying the technology disclosed or otherwise. This technology also can be applied to syndicate other opportunities or to resell participations in syndicated loans that have closed and been funded.
System for cashless payment of products or services

Transmission latency leveling apparatuses, methods and systems
Embodiments of the transmission latency leveling apparatuses, methods and systems provide an electronic bidding order management infrastructure, such as a “point-of-presence,” which receives and routes electronic trading orders from different trading entities at a server via a transmission medium to create a certain amount of transmission latency before the trading orders could arrive at and be executed at electronic exchanges to reduce latency arbitrage and/or order book arbitrage that may be experienced by high frequency trading participants. A similar transmission latency may be applied to the egress transmission of market data updates issued by an electronic exchange. Other techniques for facilitating electronic trading are also disclosed.
Method for creating and using registry of clinical trial participants
A method of screening participants for a clinical trial by obtaining identifying information chosen from a biometric sample, personal information, physical attributes, and combinations thereof from a prospective participant, optionally generating a unique identifier code, populating a database server with the unique identifier code and participant information and storing the information on non-transitory computer readable media, screening the participant for a clinical trial based on either the unique identifier code and/or participant information and searching for a match with existing participant information in the database server and a plurality of outside databases to determine protocol violations, and determining eligibility of the participant for the clinical trial and preventing the protocol violations. A system for screening participants for a clinical trial and preventing future violations while currently enrolled in a clinical trial.
Automated expense report systems and methods
According to another aspect, a computer system is provided. The computer system includes a memory; at least one processor in data communication with the memory; and a reporting component executable by the at least processor and configured to execute a user interface component configured to receive schedule information, the schedule information including a company-wide schedule specifying an expense report generation date and at least one reminder; store the schedule information in a data store; send the at least one reminder to a plurality of users prior to the expense report generation date; and generate, on the expense report generation date, a plurality of expense reports respectively corresponding to the plurality of users.
Digital payment system
A digital payment system for facilitating seamless transactions from a user system to a buyer system. The system includes a service provider system which further includes a service interaction component. The service interaction component is configured to collect predefined information about the user system and the associated user. The service provider system also includes a payment engine for processing payments digitally based on data worth associated with the data owned by the user and authorized for sharing by the service provider to the buyer system. The payment engine calculates a payable amount payable digitally by the user to the service provider based on a digital transactional value indicative of the data worth associated with the data owned by the user and authorized for sharing, among other things. The system further includes a pre-consenting system configured to facilitate user authorization.
