Embodiments are directed to a method for determining an interview script in a claims submission. The method may comprising receiving data relating to a claim being submitted, which may include claims submission data input by a user, information relating to the user, and one or more features. Data associated with the one or more features may be determined from an artificial intelligence model. A first score based on the data associated with the one or more features and data associated with the information relating to the user may be determined and used to determine an interview script. In one embodiment, questions in the interview script may continue to be provided to the interviewer computer if a continually updated score remains above a predetermined threshold. In another embodiment, the user may be routed to a live interview with a human representative if a continually updated score drops below a predetermined threshold.

A system and apparatus for rating accessibility of a number of locations for user and/or members with specific accessibility needs. The user and/or member interacts with a database through his or her communication device or through a website to access locations in a geographic zone that provide accommodations for people with specific accessibility needs in a variety of accessibility categories. The system provides detailed accessibility features within each accessibility category and rates the locations according to the accessibility categories. The member can also input new locations, rate locations already contained in the database, or provide other feedback regarding compliance with legal accessibility guidelines and/or other accessibility standards within the United States and abroad. The system updates the ratings of the accessibility categories and the accessibility features based on input from members.

A system for guiding an evacuation route using augmented reality of mobile devices according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises an occupant's mobile device installed with an evacuation guidance application for showing an evacuation route from a current location of the occupant to an evacuation point in the occurrence of a disaster; and a server providing a plurality of evacuation route information to the mobile device, wherein the mobile device executes the evacuation guidance application to display an evacuation guidance interface, displays a captured landscape image on an image display area of the evacuation guidance interface, displays one of the plurality of evacuation routes set based on specific information related to the type of disaster, the user's exercise ability, and personal conditions on a map display area of the evacuation guidance interface and displays guide information for displaying a movement direction from a current location along an evacuation route indicated on the map display area by superimposing the guide information on the image display area together with the landscape image.

The system and method providing enhanced security ballot image records of the present invention includes an enhanced security ballot image tabulator and an enhanced security ballot image audit station. The tabulator processes each ballot of a plurality of ballots to be tabulated to provide an enhanced security ballot image record having diachronically and synchronically coordinated enhanced security ballot image files, each for another ballot of the plurality of ballots to be tabulated. The enhanced security ballot image record may be broadcast upon completion of tabulation and/or simulcast real time during tabulation or otherwise provided such as on a secure media upon completion of tabulation to the public or other parties interested in the tabulation of cast votes. The enhanced security audit station receives the enhanced security ballot image record and analyzes it to selectively identify out-of-bounds diachronic and/or synchronic security parameters. Any identified ballots may then be reviewed by election officials or other interested parties for validity and authentication purposes. The tabulator may be used to also produce images of the voter sign-in sheets, for the purpose of analytic correlation with the enhanced security files of the enhanced security ballot image record and their tabulation.

Disclosed is a method for controlling a plurality of light-emitting devices. The method includes at least: inputting group information into a respective light-emitting device, the group information to be inputted corresponds to a seat in a venue, on which the respective light emitting device to be positioned; and selectively controlling illuminating or extinguishing of groups of light-emitting devices, in accordance with the group information, to present an image over the plurality of light-emitting devices positioned on seats in the venue of an event during a particular period of a group-performance presentation.

A point-of-sale (POS) system is provided. The POS system may include an adjustable housing configured to receive a computing device. The POS system housing may be adjustable so that a screen of the computing device can be viewed by a merchant and a customer. The computing device may be removable from the housing for use as a mobile POS system. The POS system may also include electronics for accepting various forms of payment and for connecting the computing device to a network.
