A method and system are provided for attention tracking of a crowd. The method includes: receiving captured images of at least a subset of a crowd at a live activity at multiple defined points in time; determining the orientation of at least some of the heads in the captured images; and classifying at least some of the heads in the captured images as having a gaze direction towards one of multiple defined areas of interest based on the orientation of each head. The method includes receiving timestamped data of events during the live activity from other sources; and displaying analysis of the classifications over time in combination with the events.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DETECTING STAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUS IN CHICKEN
A method and system for detecting Staphylococcus aureus in chicken is provided. The method includes: obtaining hyperspectral images of samples; selecting spectral images at characteristic wavelengths based on the hyperspectral images of the samples, setting grayscale thresholds, and segmenting the selected spectral images to obtain a chicken sample region to be detected and a Staphylococcus aureus region to be detected; extracting hyperspectral data; extracting characteristic wavelengths after mixing the hyperspectral data of the chicken samples with the hyperspectral data of Staphylococcus aureus; selecting the hyperspectral data of the chicken samples corresponding to the extracted characteristic wavelengths to train a support vector machine model, thereby obtaining a detection model for Staphylococcus aureus; and detecting Staphylococcus aureus in chicken by using the detection model for Staphylococcus aureus.

An image recognition method includes the following steps. An original image with a first resolution is received, and the first resolution of the original image is reduced to generate a low-resolution image with a second resolution. The first resolution is higher than the second resolution. The position of a target object in the low-resolution image is identified using an object detection model to obtain the target object coordinates in the low-resolution image. A target object image is segmented from the original image according to the target object coordinates in the low-resolution image, and the target object image is input into the image classification model. The target object type that corresponds to the target object image is determined using the image classification model.

Systems and methods for identification (ID) document verification using hybrid near-field communications (NFC) authentication and optical authentication are provided. An exemplary method includes receiving, by a client device, an image of an ID document. Based on the image of the ID document, a determination is made whether the ID document includes a near-field communications (NFC) chip that stores data comprising identifying information for an owner of the identification. Based on this determination of whether the ID document includes an NFC chip, the ID document is verified by selectively using at least one of NFC chip authentication and optical authentication, to obtain a verification result.

An exemplary method includes receiving, by a client device, an image of an ID document. A set of data and associated information corresponding to a plurality of entities known to an assisted user is received, such that an instance of the set of data and associated information includes identification of a respective entity of the plurality of entities known to an assisted user. Real-time data corresponding to a first entity is received from one or more devices capturing the real-time data. The real-time data is compared to the set of data and associated information corresponding to the plurality of entities known to the user to determine whether the first entity has a known relevance to the user, and in response to determining the first entity does have a known relevance to the user, the processor provides the identity and relevance of the first entity to the user.
