An example operation may include determining a fractional responsibility of an event, a sub-event and/or an occupant associated with a transport.

Vehicle control system, vehicle control method, and vehicle control program

A vehicle control system includes a virtual line setter configured to set virtual lines in front of a gate on the basis of the position of the gate, and a gate passing controller configured to perform vehicle control when a vehicle passes through the gate on the basis of the virtual lines set by the virtual line setter.

Rendering digitized services in a smart environment
11263716 · 2022-03-01 · ·

Techniques of rendering digitized services in a smart environment are described. The techniques involve identification of a first action based on at least one of a user input and a user schedule. In an example, the first action may include visiting a restricted setup to avail services provided therein. Based on the first action, a plurality of second actions may be performed to render the services to the user. The techniques may further involve tracking the presence of the user at the restricted setup in real-time, and using the tracking information to plan the first and the second actions for other users.

Systems and methods for using risk profiles for creating and deploying new vehicle event definitions to a fleet of vehicles

Systems and methods for using risk profiles for creating and deploying new vehicle event definitions to a fleet of vehicles are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: obtain a first risk profile, a second risk profile, and vehicle event characterization information; select individual ones of the previously detected vehicle events that have one or more characteristics in common; determine circumstances for at least a predefined period prior to occurrences of the selected vehicle events; create a new vehicle event definition based on the determined set of circumstances; distribute the new vehicle event definition to individual vehicles in the fleet of vehicles; and receive additional vehicle event information from the individual vehicles in the fleet of vehicles.

Vehicular violation fine payment using portable computing device

Methods and systems read a computer readable code on a printed vehicular violation using an optical sensor of a portable computing device and access a vehicular violation database to identify a registered vehicle corresponding to data in the computer readable code. The methods and systems retrieve a vehicular violation history for the registered vehicle. The vehicular violation history is a history of vehicular violations maintained by the vehicular violation database related to the registered vehicle, and includes a payment status of fines associated with the vehicular violations. The methods and systems therefore display this vehicular violation history and display an option to pay one or more of the fines on the graphic user interface. The methods and systems then receive payment information into the graphic user interface, and process the payment of one or more of the fines through the portable computing device, using the payment information provided.

Method for Verifying the Validity of a Ticket; Mobile Device
20170316423 · 2017-11-02 ·

A method for checking the validity of a ticket involves transferring information from a control entity to a mobile device. A code is computed on the basis of this information, of a derived key and of a property individual for the mobile device, the code being subsequently checked by the control entity.

Rental/Car-Share Vehicle Access and Management System and Method

An apparatus and operational method are disclosed that use control hardware resident in a vehicle to enable a remote computing system to wirelessly communicate with the vehicle. The control hardware includes a processor configured to interface with a wireless network and the vehicle through, respectively, a wireless network interface and a vehicle interface. A plurality of CAN (control area network) bus transceivers may exist within the vehicle interface operable to allow the processor to interface with multiple vehicle types. The processor may then be configured to automatically detect an identifier for the vehicle though the vehicle interface and automatically select a CAN bus transceiver from the plurality of CAN bus transceivers based on the detected identifier. The processor can then communicate with the vehicle's CAN bus via the selected CAN bus transceiver.
