Systems for Analysis of Vehicle Battery Health
The present disclosure relates to systems, devices, and methods for analyzing health of vehicle batteries. Vehicle batteries tend to degrade over time. The described systems, devices, and methods quantify this degradation (or quantify remaining health of the battery) by comparing average energy used to charge or discharge the battery by a charge level unit to a nominal quantity of energy used to charge or discharge a battery in optimal health by a charge level unit. Charge data for previous charge events of the vehicle battery can be used in the calculation, and can be filtered by identifying qualified charge events based on at least one of a number of metrics. Usage data for previous usage events of the vehicle battery can be used in the calculation, and can be filtered by identifying qualified usage events or subgroups of usage event based on at least one of a number of metrics.
Vehicle monitoring system
A data logging device tracks the operation of a vehicle or driver actions. The device includes a storage device, which may be removable or portable, having a first memory portion that may be read from and may be written to in a vehicle and a second memory portion that may be read from and may be written to in the vehicle. The second memory portion may retain data attributes associated with the data stored in the first removable storage device. A processor reads data from an automotive bus that transfers data from vehicle sensors to other automotive components. The processor writes data to the first memory portion and the second memory portion that reflect a level of risk or safety. A communication device links the storage device to a network of computers. The communication device may be accessible through software that allows a user to access files related to a level of risk or safety and other software that may be related to those files.
Updating asset ownership systems and methods
The present disclosure is directed to systems and methods for updating asset ownership for telematics-enabled machinery. In some embodiments, the updating asset ownership system comprises asset entities that transmit telemetry data. A communication interface of the updating asset ownership system can receive the telemetry data. An asset ownership data store of the updating asset ownership system can be configured to store asset owner data that identify designated owners associated with the asset entities. An asset ownership comparator of the updating asset ownership system can process the received telemetry data. Based on the processing, the asset ownership comparator can update designated owners of asset entities stored in the asset ownership data store.
System and method for scheduling based on vehicle condition reported by vehicle
A method and system that can be used to generate or modify a schedule using data indicative of a vehicle condition reported by a vehicle is described. A server receives a first computer network transmission (CNT) comprising data indicative of the vehicle and the vehicle condition, parses the first CNT to obtain the data indicative of the vehicle and the data indicative of the vehicle condition; determines, based on the data indicative of the vehicle, a computer network address associated with a repair shop having a client disposed at the address to display content of a scheduler application, and transmits to the client disposed at the address, a second CNT comprising data to cause the client to display as part of the content of the scheduler application served by computing server an alert indicator and parsed data indicative of the vehicle and the parsed data indicative of the vehicle condition.
Systems and methods for multi-signal fault analysis
Systems and methods for multi-signal fault analysis are described. The system receives signal message information, over a network, from a collection device comprised of a plurality of mobile devices including a first mobile device and a second mobile device that are associated with a first user. The first signal message information includes a first maintenance message including characterization information that was received by the first mobile device from a component that includes a sensor that operates to sense a first part that is assembled into a vehicle. The second signal message information includes signal information that was received by the second mobile device including an audio signal that a microphone in the second mobile device sensed. The system analyzes the multi-signal information to diagnose a problem and communicate a message to the first user with a diagnosis of the problem.
Combine harvester control interface for operator and/or remote user
Operating conditions corresponding to a harvesting operation being performed by a mobile harvesting machine are detected along with a priority of a first performance pillar metric relative to a second performance pillar metric. An operating characteristic of the mobile harvesting machine is detected and a performance pillar metric value is identified for the first performance pillar metric based on the detected operating characteristic. A performance limitation corresponding to the first performance pillar metric is identified based on the detected operating conditions and an aggressiveness setting is detected that is indicative of an operating settings change threshold. It is then determined whether a settings change is to be performed based on the first performance pillar metric value, the priority of the first performance pillar metric, the first performance limitation and the settings change threshold and if the settings change is to be performed, a settings change actuator is controlled to execute the settings change.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MONITORING A TRANSPORT OF A PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION DEVICE OR TRANSPORT UNIT
A transport-monitoring module for monitoring a transport of a transport unit of a passenger-transportation device is arranged on the transport unit. The transport-monitoring module has a sensor and localization devices. During the transport, through an interface unit, a connection with a data memory of the device is created. The interface unit is configured so that transport-monitoring data that are to be stored, which are based on sensor data of the sensor and localization data of the localization devices, are permanently stored in the data memory. In this way, the transport-monitoring module is simplified, so that it is no longer an item that is worth stealing. In addition, a reliable access to the stored transport-monitoring data after the end of the transport is secured.
A Visual Theft Prevention and Connectivity System for a Vehicle, Facility or Home
A visual theft prevention system for a vehicle 1 comprises at least one sheet of automotive glass configured as a vehicle windscreen 2, and; at least one film layer attached to the at least one sheet of automotive glass, the film layer configured to have an active state where the film layer is substantially opaque, and an inactive state where the film layer is substantially transparent, the film layer shaped and sized such that when in the active state, the view of a user through the vehicle windscreen 2 is substantially blocked.
CONFIGURABLE MONITOR AND PARTS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A monitoring and maintenance system that utilizes imperial and theoretical data to compare parts, vehicles, users, regions, wear intensity indexes over time and tracking information to provide a sophisticated data collection system for heavy-duty equipment or rental equipment. This tracking is designed to better the specifications, designs, training, preventative maintenance, and replacement wear understanding of fleet management.
AIRCRAFT NON-PERIODIC MAINTENANCE SCHEDULING SYSTEM
A system aggregates data related to a non-conformance system in an aircraft and allocates resources to repairing the non-conformance condition. The system includes a service bus that receives and distributes the non-conformance condition and an optimizer tool that generates repair alternatives. The optimizer tool allows dynamic reconfiguration of rules to activate and deactivate or change a weight of individual rules in a rule set.
