A way of improving the public service can be to acquire information on congestion degree in use of the public service, to determine whether the congestion degree is higher than a specified level or not, and to transmit information that urges cease of the use of the public service being used to users who have higher utilization of the public service than other users among a plurality of users if the congestion degree is higher than the specified level.

The present disclosure is directed to a route logging system. The route logging system includes a geographic location server, a user profile server, a mobile client device, and image recording device(s). The geographic location server has access to a waypoint database. The user profile server has access to a user profile database, which includes a plurality of user profiles each including at least one route log. Each route log includes at least one waypoint image. The mobile client device is associated with one or more of the plurality of user profiles included in the user profile database. When the mobile client device determines it is within a threshold distance of a specific geographic position, the mobile client device updates the respective route log. The one or more image recording device(s) record waypoint images that can be included in route logs and associated with specific geographic positions.

There is provided a method of coordinating the actions of a plurality of trucks using at least one beacon sending a first signal including a first signal beacon identifier to a first truck device of a first one of the trucks, the at least one beacon sending a second signal including a second signal beacon identifier to a second truck device of a second one of the trucks, a coordinating computer receiving a first input from the first truck device, the first input including at least the first signal beacon identifier and a first truck identifier, receiving a second input from the second truck device, the second input including at least the second signal beacon identifier and a second truck identifier, determining a queue order for the trucks based on the first input and the second input, and transmitting directive signals to the trucks based on the queue order.
