A coin conveyance device that feeds multiple coins stored in a storage container one by one and conveys the fed coin upward uses rotating bodies including pushing bodies for pushing a coin. The pushing bodies which are arranged opposed to each other about the center of rotation of each rotating body each include: a metallic pin that comes into contact with a coin; and a resin-made support protrusion that supports the pin. The support protrusion includes a concave portion corresponding to the shape of the circumferential surface of the pin. The pin is inserted into a pin hole adjacent to the support protrusion, and its side surface is supported by the concave portion of the support protrusion. A force applied when the pin pushes the coin is received by the support protrusion, whereby the durability of the pushing body is improved.

COIN MEDIA PATH AGITATION

A vibrating coin chute system for automated teller machines (ATMs) and self-service terminals (SSTs) is provided to improve coin dispensing reliability. The system incorporates a small vibration motor encapsulated within a plastic part in the coin path, activated by detecting power draw during transactions. The system reduces jams by maintaining coin momentum through complex chute designs, especially beneficial in compact ATMs/SSTs with long horizontal coin paths. The vibration motor, triggered without software control, continues running briefly after dispensing to ensure complete coin evacuation. The system significantly improves coin dispensing efficiency, reduces service calls, and enhances customer experience. The system's design considers electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electrostatic discharge (ESD) risks and allows for universal application across various ATM/SST models, addressing the challenges of coin dispensing in modern, space-constrained terminals.

Coin feeding unit, a module comprising said coin feeding unit, and a coin handling machine

The disclosure relates to a coin feeding unit for a coin handling machine, the coin feeding unit comprising: a coin guiding arrangement, and a coin transport arrangement defining a movable transport surface, wherein said coin guiding arrangement is configured to receive coins and to guide said received coins to an inner coin arrival surface of the coin guiding arrangement, wherein the coin transport arrangement is configured to move said coins, on the movable transport surface, from the coin arrival surface to a coin output position, wherein a discharge gate is provided in the coin guiding arrangement, at the coin arrival surface, for discharging unwanted objects residing thereon, wherein the discharge gate is slidably arranged in the coin guiding arrangement so as to be displaceable, between a closed position and an open position.

IMPROVED STRUCTURE OF COIN CHANGER
