MOBILE COMMUNICATION DEVICE CONNECTED CURRENCY RECEIVING, ACCEPTING, CAPTURING, VERIFYING AND REJECTING APPARATUS
A mobile communication device connected currency, receiving, accepting, capturing, verifying, and rejecting apparatus, and, more particularly, to a mobile communication device connected currency apparatus comprising a monetary storage area therein, a currency denomination discriminator interfacing the monetary storage area, comprising at least one sensor for sensing at least one physical characteristic of currency passing therethrough for discriminating monetary denominations of currency. A device controller interfaces a mobile communication device interface and the denomination discriminator. In use, the device controller is configured for establishing communication with the mobile communication device, detecting a denomination using at least one physical characteristic of currency and transmitting the denomination to the mobile communication device.
Coin pad for coin processing system
A resilient coin sorting pad for imparting motion to a plurality of coins is provided, the resilient coin sorting pad designed to be coupled to a rotatable disc of a coin sorter, the resilient coin sorting pad being generally circular and having an outer periphery edge. The resilient coin sorting pad comprises a lower foam layer having a top surface, an upper skin layer coupled to the top surface of the foam layer, and a layer of mesh material. According to some embodiments, the upper skin layer comprises at least one layer of nitrile rubber and the layer of mesh material is nylon fiber mesh. According to some embodiments, the upper skin layer comprises at least two layers of nitrile rubber and the layer of mesh material is positioned between the at least two layers of nitrile rubber.
INSPECTION SYSTEM AND INSPECTION DEVICE
The present disclosure is related to an inspection system capable of inspecting a plurality of gaming chips. A game chip of the plurality of game chips includes a wireless tag storing first chip information and to which the optically readable second chip information is on a side of the game chip. The inspection system includes an inspection device configured to inspect one or more game chips. The inspection device includes a wireless tag reader configured to read the wireless tag of the game chip and acquire the first chip information. The inspection device includes a camera configured to reading the side surface of the game chip to obtain the second chip information. The inspection device includes a unit configured to determine whether the game chip passes one or more rules based on the first chip information and the second chip information.
Coin sorting disc with coin flow management features
A coin processing system comprises a rotatable disc including a resilient pad coupled thereto for imparting motion to the plurality of coins, the resilient pad including an outer peripheral edge, and a stationary sorting head. The stationary sorting head includes a lower surface forming a coin path for directing movement of each of the coins, a stripping area of the coin path including at least one stripping surface operable to retain at least one coin when overlapping another coin such that the other coin is separated from the at least one coin by the motion imparted by the rotatable disc, and a queuing area of the coin path that receives the plurality of coins from the stripping area, the queuing area including a beveled surface curving substantially parallel with the outer peripheral edge of the resilient pad to guide the coins in a single file configuration to a discrimination area.
Rare coin identifying machine
The rare coin identifying machine is a coin sorting machine with integrated scanner interconnected to a CPU to identify collectible rare coins. The purpose being to automate the rarity identification for both avid coin collectors and novice. This automation will help alleviate human error in rare coin identification and the time needed to access them. The scanner inside the coin sorting machine scans coins one at a time and the CPU crosschecks database to see if a rare coin match occurs. If one does occur, then the coin exists the machine. If one does not occur, then the coin is routed to the proper stack.
CURRENCY RF-BASED VERIFICATION DEVICE
A system for currency verification includes a currency apparatus configured for receiving alleged currency to be verified; at least one processor; a non-transitory computer-readable medium configured for storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, perform a method comprising: accessing a material database associating each of a set of materials found in authentic currency with one or more corresponding resonance frequencies; for each material of the set of materials: transmitting into the alleged currency an RF signal at a first resonance frequency for each material; receiving a response signal from the alleged currency; and analyzing the response signal for resonance characteristics that indicate a presence of each material; and a display device configured for outputting that the alleged currency is authentic if the presence of at least a subset of the set of materials found in the authentic currency is indicated.
COIN PROCESSING DEVICE
A coin processing device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure is provided with: a conveyance unit that conveys coins along a conveyance path; a delivery unit that delivers the coins to the conveyance path; a return passage that is a part of the conveyance path, and that returns the conveyed coins to the delivery unit; and an openable/closable shutter that is provided in the return passage. The return passage and the shutter in the closed state constitute a storage part for storing the coins.
