Battery apparatus for a robot, methods, and applications
A robotic vacuum cleaner equipped with a holonomic drive that can drive in a given direction, e.g., north (assigned orientation), and move in a different direction, while maintaining its assigned orientation or that of any desired portion of the robot, such as an intake, or any other portion of the robot that is needed for a particular maneuver. The robotic vacuum cleaner includes a removable, chargeable battery system including a battery pack having batteries and a battery management system extending across all the batteries of the battery pack. A housing, including a top cover, surrounds the battery pack and the battery management system (BMS). The top cover extends over the BMS and includes a circuit board therein. A connector is at least partially connected to the BMS and extends through the housing. The connector is configured to transmit signals between the battery management system and the robotic vacuum cleaner.
CLEANER
A cleaner is disclosed. The cleaner according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a body, a rotating plate rotatably coupled to the body and including an edge portion having a predetermined height (h1) in a vertical direction, a mop coupled to a bottom surface of the rotating plate, and a blocking rib protruding downward from the body and formed along a periphery of the rotating plate, a lower end of the blocking rib being lower than an upper end of the edge portion. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, it is possible to effectively prevent hair and the like from being introduced between the body and the rotating plate.
Dry-wet separation cleaning floor brush
The present disclosure provides a dry-wet separation cleaning floor brush. The dry-wet separation cleaning floor brush includes a housing, a stiff roller brush and a soft roller brush, wherein the housing is provided with a partition plate dividing the inner part of the housing into a first storage chamber and a second storage chamber which are disconnected to each other, wherein the stiff roller brush is partially contained in the first storage chamber and is movably connected to the housing, and the stiff roller brush partially protrudes the housing; and the soft roller brush is partially contained in the second storage chamber and movably connected to the housing, and the soft roller brush partially protrudes the housing.
VACUUM HEAD, COLLECTION BIN, CLEANING TRAY, FILTER ASSEMBLY, AND CLEANING APPARATUS
Provided are a vacuum head, a collection bin, a cleaning tray, a filter assembly, and a cleaning apparatus. The cleaning apparatus includes: a housing, a rolling brush, and a cleaning assembly, where the cleaning assembly includes a cleaning medium inlet and a plurality of cleaning medium spray orifices; the plurality of cleaning medium spray orifices face the rolling brush, and lengths of flow channels from various cleaning medium spray orifices to the cleaning medium inlet are equal. According to the present disclosure, a cleaning medium may be sprayed to a rolling brush surface uniformly, so that the rolling brush may be cleaned completely, thereby improving the cleaning efficiency and the cleanliness of the rolling brush.
DUST CANISTER AND ROBOT VACUUM INCLUDING SAME
A robot vacuum comprises a main body including a suction part for suctioning dust, and a dust canister, attachable to and detachable from the main body, and which separates dust from the air suctioned through the suction part and stores same. The dust canister includes: a first chamber which separates dust from the air flowing in from the suction part and storing same, and which includes an inclined surface so that the lower area thereof becomes narrower than the upper area thereof; and a second chamber which includes a cyclone unit and which separates dust from the air flowing in from the first chamber and stores same, and the first chamber can further include ribs formed along the inclined surface to facilitate discharge of dust so as to prevent the dust stored in the first chamber from becoming stuck, due to bottlenecking, in the lower area of the first chamber.
Vacuum cleaner
A vacuum cleaner including: a cleaner body configured to generate a suction force; and a suctioner configured to have a brush drum rotatably provided on a suction port sucking foreign objects by the suction force. The brush drum includes a cylindrical drum, a blade assembly provided on an outer circumferential surface of the drum to extend along a rotational shaft direction, and a cleaning member provided on the blade assembly to clean dust or the foreign objects on a cleaning surface. The blade assembly includes a cleaning member support part configured to accommodate and support a part of the cleaning member and a stopper provided in the cleaning member at intervals to restrict the cleaning member from being deformed in an opposite direction to a rotational direction of the brush drum.
Robot cleaner
Provided is a robot cleaner including a main body including a suction portion disposed thereon, main wheels for moving the main body, a side brush assembly disposed on the main body and rotating with a rotation shaft perpendicular to a rotation shaft of the main wheels, wherein the side brush assembly includes a housing for forming an exterior of the side brush assembly, a first force transmitter disposed in the housing and rotating by receiving a driving force, a second force transmitter in contact with the first force transmitter to rotate together when the first force transmitter is rotated, and a side brush coupled to the second force transmitter to rotate at the same rotation angle as the second force transmitter.
Removable cover for a robotic cleaning device
A device for covering a plurality of different sized robotic systems. The device can include a cover sized to at least partially fit over the robotic system; one or more sidewalls extended from the cover, wherein the one or more sidewalls is configured to removably engage with each of the plurality of different sized robotic systems; and one or more apertures in the cover and/or the one or more sidewalls. The one or more apertures are selectively positioned and sized so as to prevent obstructing the one or more onboard sensors of the respective robotic system when the device is in an assembled state with the respective robotic system.
DEVICE FOR REMOVING BY SUCTION A BODILY FLUID, PRIMARILY NASAL FLUID
A device for removal of a body fluid, such as a nasal fluid, and includes a collector vessel that traps and collects body fluid entrained in an air stream passing through the collector vessel. The collector vessel is made up of first and second bell shaped shell portions removably attached to one another and holding therebetween an internal, removable central member that temporarily reverses the direction and reduces velocity of the air stream.
ROBOTIC CLEANER
The present invention relates to a robotic cleaner comprising: a cleaner body which has a plurality of guide holders provided therein and performs self-driving; and a suction nozzle which receives an agitator therein, has guide protrusions longitudinally protruding from both sidewalls thereof toward the plurality of guide holders and received in the plurality of guide holders, respectively, and is up-and-down movably and back-and-forth swingably mounted to the cleaner body, whereby the driving performance and cleaning performance of the cleaner can be improved.
