Assembly Having a Card Reader Arranged in a Housing
An assembly 10 has a card reader 12 arranged in a housing 100. The housing 100 comprises a pivotable flap 102, which in an opened state enables access to the card reader 12 and in a closed state prevents access to the card reader 12. The flap 102 has an opening 104, through which a card can be fed to the card reader 12 and/or can be ejected by the card reader 12 in the closed state of the flap 102. The assembly 10 has an elastically deformable element 14 for resiliently supporting the card reader 12. The assembly 10 also has a first positioning element 16 for positioning the card reader 12, which first positioning element is arranged on the flap 102 so as to lie opposite the card reader 12 in the closed state of the flap 102. When the flap 102 is moved from the open state into the closed state, the first positioning element 16 moves the card reader 12 in such a way that the card reader 12 is arranged in a predefined position relative to the flap 102 in the closed state of the flap 102.
Commerce Satellite for Airport Seating
A commerce satellite for airports and the like allows individuals to interact with vendors and airport information systems in a distributed fashion improving social distancing.
Consignment store and method for accepting, temporarily storing and issuing consignments
Described is a consignment store for the separate acceptance, storing, and issuing of consignments. The consignment store has a handover device for the separate acceptance and handover of the consignments to separate carrier elements, a detecting device for detecting heights of the consignments, and a rack system with holding elements arranged one above the other in a vertical direction and which define holding levels. The holding and carrier elements are of corresponding design such that, on two adjacent holding levels, two carrier elements carrying one consignment can be held one above the other in a vertical direction, and such that, on a holding level, a carrier element can be held with a consignment taller than the spacing to the next holding level. A control device allocates carrier elements in a vertical direction one above the other to different holding elements/storage positions dependent on the detected height of the consignments.

Card cassette device and card dispensing apparatus using the same
A card cassette device of a card dispensing apparatus ensures elimination of measures for illegally opening a card outlet from the outside in a non-mounted state and makes it possible to open the card outlet according to the necessity in a mounted state, raising security level. A movable shutter for opening and closing a card outlet has a stopper member engaging hole and a lock member engaging hole. A stopper member is engaged with the stopper member engaging hole by a stopper member moving device, thereby fixing the shutter in its closed state in the non-mounted state. A lock member is engaged with the lock member engaging hole by a lock member moving device, thereby canceling the closed state of the shutter and locking the shutter in its open state in the mounted state.

Entity linking method, electronic device for performing entity linking, and non-transitory computer-readable recording medium
A method, an apparatus and an electronic device for performing entity linking, and a non-transitory computer-readable recording medium are provided. The method includes constructing training data including a plurality of sets of labeled data using an existing unambiguous entity database where unambiguous entities corresponding to respective entity words are stored, each set of the labeled data including a text having an entity word and an unambiguous entity linked with the entity word; training an unambiguous entity recognition model whose output is a matching probability between an entity word in a text and an unambiguous entity using the training data; and inputting a text having an entity word to be recognized into the unambiguous entity recognition model, and determining an unambiguous entity linked with the entity word to be recognized based on an output result of the unambiguous entity recognition model.
CONTAINER DEPOSIT RETURN SYSTEM
A container deposit return system having a housing, a crushing assembly and a control system. The crushing assembly is positioned within the housing and has a first crushing wall and a second crushing wall spaced apart from the first crushing wall defining a crush cavity, and, a crushing wall movement assembly structurally configured to move the first crushing wall relative to the second crushing wall to direct the first crushing wall toward and away from the second crushing wall. The two crushing walls are configured crush a container that is positioned within the crush cavity. The control system having at least one imaging sensor, the imaging sensor configured to record an image the container before crushing and after crushing.
