WAGER MARKET CREATION AND MANAGEMENT
Methods and systems for managing a wagering system may receive a stream of state information of a live sporting event in real time and determine initial and possible future states of a first performance parameter of the event based on the stream. After a beginning of the game and before the start of the event, a probability of occurrence is calculated for possible future states of the first performance parameter, based on historical data. During an initial state of the first performance parameter, a signal operative to open a first market for betting on the possible future states based on the probability of occurrence is transmitted. Before an end of the initial state, a signal operative to close the first market is transmitted, and then an outcome of the first performance parameter is determined based on the stream. Payouts of the first market are resolved based on the outcome.

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR HEALTH AND HEALTH RELATED FACILITIES
A system and method of a medication dispensing. One system includes a canister including a body for housing and releasing medication comprising a plurality of individually provided medication. The canister can further include a memory comprising canister information for identifying canisters or content of the canisters, wherein the memory is configured to provide the canister information to a data storage configured to identify, based on the canister information, a type of medication contained in the body, the data storage further configured to provide the type of medication to an automated dispensing machine (ADM) containing the canister. The canister can be configured to be disposed in the ADM during operation and to release individually at least a portion of the plurality of individually provided medication contained therein, the releasing in response to the ADM operating to release the type of medication associated with the canister information.
Mobile kiosk for intelligent securable devices system
A system and method of controlling a securable device may include establishing a centralized data repository with data representative of status of each securable device. Communications with a mobile kiosk executing on a mobile device of a user may be established. Responsive to receiving a request from the mobile kiosk to identify an available securable device local and accessible to the user, the centralized data repository may be accessed, at least one securable device that is available may be identified, and data associated with the identified available securable device(s) may be communicated to the mobile kiosk to cause the mobile kiosk to communicate at least a portion of the data to one of the securable device(s) to provide access thereto. Responsive to receiving a status update of the securable device accessed from the mobile kiosk, the centralized data repository may be updated with the status update.
AUTONOMOUS FOOD STATION
A novel food station comprises a plurality of cubbies, each sized to enclose a food portion container (FPC). Each cubby includes a cubby door and a door actuation mechanism that can open and close the cubby door independently from that of other cubbies. A heating system that can controllably heat the FPC within at least a first cubby, and a cooling system can perform cooling within at least a second cubby. The food station includes an internal transport system with an end effector that temporarily couples to the FPC, and controllably moves the FPC in a common transport space within the food station. The food station includes a control system that controls the heating, the cubby doors, and the movement of the internal transport system. Each cubby door, when closed, closes off the corresponding cubby interior space sufficiently to enable independent temperature control within the cubby interior space.
Restroom maintenance systems having a voice activated virtual assistant
Exemplary embodiments of restroom monitoring systems having a virtual assistants includes a communications gateway located in a restroom. The communications gateway having a processor, memory, short range communications circuitry, long range communications circuitry, a microphone and a speaker. The communications gateway containing logic for listening for a wake up word and upon detecting a wake up word, capturing a request, logic for processing the request to determine what request is being requested, logic for verifying the request with the requester, and one of a plurality of wave files and a voice synthesizer. The system further includes one or more dispensers located in the restroom. The one or more dispensers having short range communications circuitry for communicating status or product level to the communications gateway.

Web enabled audiovisual medication dispensing with enhanced compliance verification
A web enabled audiovisual medication dispenser has a locked, tamper resistant housing; timers and alarms; a receptacle for aggregated medication pouches; and a cutter that separates the aggregated medication pouches from a strip. The cutter is also configured to notch a pouch to facilitate opening by a patient, and further configured to form a part of the tamper resistance. A medication pouch receptacle receives the one or more aggregated medication pouches cut from the strip. A first imaging apparatus displays the medication pouch receptacle and communicates the image at least to a remote apparatus for compliance. A second imaging apparatus displays from at least adjacent to the medication pouch receptacle to the patient, and captures an image of the patient handling and taking the medication from the pouch. The images may be analyzed automatically or by a remote caregiver, and are stored in an electronic medical record for compliance validation.
Robotic dispensary system and methods
Embodiments of the inventive technology may relate to a robotic pill dispensing system, whether puck-based or puck-free, configured to avoid delay during the filling of orders and achieve high, perhaps even maximal, order fill rates and associated processing efficiency. Additional embodiments of the inventive technology may relate to, inter alia, a bottle placement site that is different from a bottle pick-up site, a device configured to apply lodged pill clearance forces to counted pill reserve containers; counted pill reserve containers that are large enough to contain pills required by substantially all orders to be handled by a robotic dispensary; a method of dynamically repositioning medication-dedicated pill counters to increase processing speed and a system configured to facilitate the same; a robotic dispensary configured to allow manual operation when a robot is off-line; and a robotic dispensary configured to cover open, filled vials during transport thereof to prevent pill spillage.
