Systems and methods for dispensing medications and supplements
A medication dispensing device comprising a rotating platform configured for receiving a plurality of medication dispensing containments housing a plurality of pills comprising medication or supplements, and a scanner or user input for identifying the one or more medication containments and receiving data specific to the medication or supplements provided therein, wherein the medication containment has a lower surface with a dispensing opening and pill capture head sized according to at least one dimension of the plurality of pills contained therein, and a medication sweeper disposed above the pill capture head and between the plurality of pills so as to selectively direct is single pill out the dispensing opening while blocking a remainder of the plurality of pills in the containment. A motor-driven first gear is coupled to the pill capture head and medication sweeper such that rotation of the gear affects rotation of the pill capture head with respect to the medication sweeper to dispense the single pill, wherein the motor receives commands from data acquired by the scanner to affect dispensing of the single pill.
Real-time interactive wagering on event outcomes
Systems and methods for real-time interactive wagering on event outcomes are presented. Clients are first qualified and given wagering limits before being allowed to interactively wager on event outcomes. Event outcomes may be based on, for example, financial markets and indices, sporting and entertainment events, casino games, casino performances, and natural phenomena such as weather and earthquakes. Events on which wagers can be placed include both those with known and unknown outcome probabilities, and wagers can be a fixed-odds type or a spread-bet type. Wager transactions, including acceptances and confirmations, are executed in real time. Clients can customize displays of events on which they are authorized to wager. Real-time client credit management, automatic dealer hedging, automatic price-spread adjustments, and automatic client and dealer defined wagering limits are also provided.
System and method for dynamically presenting live remote dealer games
A networked computer system for displaying a game screen including a video stream of a live dealer to a remote computing device is described herein. The networked computer system includes a server computer coupled to a plurality of remote computing devices and including a processor programmed to execute an algorithm including the steps of receiving a video stream of a live dealer adjacent a physical gaming table, displaying a first game screen on a first remote computing device including the video stream of the live dealer and the physical gaming table and images of a first plurality of sidebets overlaid onto the physical gaming table, and displaying a second game screen on a second remote computing device including the video stream of the live dealer and the physical gaming table and images of a second plurality of sidebets overlaid onto the physical gaming table.
Storage container for automated dispensing of individual medicament portions
Described herein are methods and systems for automated dispensing of individual medicament portions. The systems can include a housing that encloses a receiving space having a bottom surface. A separation device may be provided and arranged on the bottom surface with at least one channel to receive at least one medicament portion. At least one channel may have an opening facing the receiving space and an opening facing the bottom surface. The opening facing the bottom surface may be associated with a contact area on the bottom surface, over which contact area the medicament portions may be guided upon a movement of separation device. At least one recess may be arranged in the bottom surface outside of the contact area to receive contamination particles present in the container.
Service kiosk
Systems, methods and tools for securely scheduling appointments, maintenance and repairs of vehicles. The system may be an automated service kiosk available 24 hours a day. A customer can schedule services, drop off and pick up keys for receiving service at any time that may be convenient for the customer, without regard for the normal operating hours of the service provider and may do so without having to interact with an employee of the service provider. Automated customer recognition may be performed using license scanning or biometric scanning. The user may select a service from a menu of services and deposit keys (or key fobs) within the kiosk system or receive keys therefrom. Upon returning to complete the service transaction customers may scan a paper or digital receipt provided during the initial scheduling of the service and tender payment via the kiosk or using digital currency.
