The first server is configured to, in response to a first request including a company ID from a user device, transmit screen data including instructions to display on the user device a company screen that includes a link for accessing an electronic receipt service. The second server stores a plurality of electronic receipts, each associated with one of a plurality of company IDs and one of a plurality of member IDs, and in response to requests from the user device, transmits to the user device, screen data including instructions to display on the user device an electronic receipt list screen that includes a list of electronic receipts of the user that are associated with the company ID, wherein the list includes one or more separate links each for requesting one of the retrieved electronic receipts.

A payment system, comprising: a receipt apparatus; a payment apparatus, the payment apparatus being connected to the receipt apparatus by means of electromagnetic induction, such that the receipt apparatus can receive information about the payment apparatus; and an identity recognition apparatus, the identity recognition apparatus being disposed in a payment environment and separated from the payment apparatus spatially, and the identity recognition apparatus being in signal connection with the receipt apparatus, wherein when a payer pays money, the identity recognition apparatus is used for recognising identity information about the payer, wherein the payment environment is a place where the receipt apparatus and the payment apparatus are located simultaneously. The payment system ensures the safety, convenience and efficiency of payment. Also provided are a payment device and a payment method.

A payment system, comprising: a receipt apparatus; a payment apparatus, the payment apparatus being connected to the receipt apparatus by means of electromagnetic induction, such that the receipt apparatus can receive information about the payment apparatus; and an identity recognition apparatus, the identity recognition apparatus being disposed in a payment environment and separated from the payment apparatus spatially, and the identity recognition apparatus being in signal connection with the receipt apparatus, wherein when a payer pays money, the identity recognition apparatus is used for recognising identity information about the payer, wherein the payment environment is a place where the receipt apparatus and the payment apparatus are located simultaneously. According to an embodiment, a point-of-sale terminal includes a controller that performs registration processing to register items being purchased by a customer in a sales transaction. The controller also performs payment processing for the sales transaction. The controller determines whether a portable terminal of the customer can receive electronic receipt information that can sent via a near-field communication device or the like. If the portable terminal can receive electronic receipt information sent via near-field communication device or the like, the controller generates electronic receipt information for the sales transaction, then transmit the generated electronic receipt information to the portable terminal using near-field communication or the like.

Disclosed are systems and methods for detecting a printer jam. The systems and methods can include receiving a reference image of a printer opening and a second image of the printer opening. A lack of a receipt between the second image compared to the reference image can be detected. The lack of the receipt can indicate the printer jam. After detecting the printer jam, operation of the self-service terminal can be terminated.
