A device for reducing face-touching. The device includes a battery, a sensor for detecting when a user's hand is within a threshold proximity to the user's face, a vibrator configured to vibrate in response to the detection by the sensor that the user's hand is within the threshold proximity, and a clip configured to attach the device to an item worn by the user. The battery, sensor, and vibrator are contained with the same casing.

The information output apparatus includes: an expression surface including a plurality of expression holes; a plurality of pins configured to protrude to the expression surface through the expression holes and express a protrusion signal on the expression surface; a plurality of first movement units located at an inner side of the expression surface and configured such that at least a portion of the plurality of first movement units moves in a first direction when an electric signal is applied thereto; and a plurality of second movement units located at the inner side of the expression surface and configured to move in a second direction different from the first direction in cooperation with the motion of the first movement units and drive each of the plurality of pins such that the each of the plurality of pins protrudes to the expression surface through each of the expression holes.

A flexible tactile actuator includes a tactile transmitter configured to be flexible and including magnetic particles capable of being polarized in response to an external magnetic field and a matrix layer including the magnetic particles, a magnetic field generator disposed below the tactile transmitter and configured to generate a magnetic field in the tactile transmitter, and an elastic member provided in a shape of a film, having at least a portion in surface contact with the magnetic field generator, and attached to be in surface contact with one of a top surface and a bottom surface of the tactile transmitter.

A flexible tactile actuator includes a tactile transmitter configured to be flexible and including magnetic particles capable of being polarized in response to an external magnetic field and a matrix layer including the magnetic particles, a magnetic field generator disposed below the tactile transmitter and configured to generate a magnetic field in the tactile transmitter, and an elastic member provided in a shape of a film, having at least a portion in surface contact with the magnetic field generator, and attached to be in surface contact with one of a top surface and a bottom surface of the tactile transmitter.

An information transmission device applied to an open moving machine driven by a driver who is exposed to an outside of the moving machine includes: a vibrator configured to vibrate a component of the moving machine, the driver in a driving posture being in contact with the component; and a controller communicably connected to an information providing device and configured to control the vibrator and a voice output device configured to output voice to the driver, the information providing device being configured to provide utterance information to the driver as information to be transmitted to the driver. The controller makes the vibrator operate when making the voice output device output the utterance information to the driver by the voice.

A device includes: a Peltier element 10 that presents a temperature stimulus; and a temperature stimulus control unit 20 that cause the Peltier element 10 to generate a cold stimulus or a hot stimulus by receiving an input of type information which represents the type of information to be notified of and switching the direction of a current that flows through the Peltier element 10 in correspondence with the type information.

A device includes: a Peltier element 10 that presents a temperature stimulus; and a temperature stimulus control unit 20 that cause the Peltier element 10 to generate a cold stimulus or a hot stimulus by receiving an input of type information which represents the type of information to be notified of and switching the direction of a current that flows through the Peltier element 10 in correspondence with the type information.

A notification device includes a detection section which detects occurrence of an event which a user is to be notified of, an estimation section which estimates whether or not the user is vibrating, and a stimulation presentation section which provides a notification to the user by presenting a thermal stimulation in a case where the user is vibrating and presenting a vibratory stimulation in a case where the user is not vibrating when the detection section detects the occurrence of the event.
