The present disclosure provides systems and methods for controlling a semiconductor manufacturing equipment. A control system includes a sensor unit capturing a set of data related to a gas pressure in the equipment, a sensor interface receiving the set of data and generating at least one input signal for a database server, and a control unit. The control unit includes a front end subsystem, a calculation subsystem, and a message and feedback subsystem. The front end subsystem performs a front end process to generate a data signal. The calculation subsystem performs an artificial intelligence analytical process to determine, according to the data signal, whether a malfunction related to the gas pressure has occurred and generate an output signal. The message and feedback subsystem generates an alert signal and a feedback signal according to the output signal and transmits the alert signal to a user.

The present disclosure provides systems and methods for controlling a semiconductor manufacturing equipment. A point where there is the risk of flood disaster within the given range is determined and highlighted based on the degree of risk of flood disaster.
OBJECT MONITORING
An object monitoring system including a plurality of tags, each tag being associated with a respective object in use and including a tag transceiver configured to transmit or receive messages and a tag processing device. The tag processing device is configured to determine context data indicative of a context associated with the object and/or other objects and generate tag history data indicative of an object type identifier indicative of an object type of the respective object and at least some context data for a time period. One or more processing devices are configured to analyse tag history data so that results of the analysis can be used to predict trigger events.

A method for monitoring devices based at least in part on detected conditions includes accumulating, by one or more sensory nodes, sensed information in an area that includes a controllable device. The method also includes analyzing the sensed information to identify historical information regarding the area that includes the controllable device. The method also includes sensing a condition within the area by the one or more sensory nodes. The method also includes determining, based at least in part on the sensed condition and at least in part on the historical information, that the sensed condition relates to the controllable device. The method further includes generating, responsive to said determining, an alert regarding the controllable device.
