20230148032 · 2023-05-11 ·

Disclosed is a mid mower device mounted between front and rear wheels of a working vehicle to perform grass mowing. The mid mower auto-connection device can reduce a mounting/removing time of the mid mower with respect to the working vehicle, and provide the user's convenience in response to mounting/removing of the mid mower. The device includes front fixation brackets fixed to a vehicle body frame of the working vehicle, a front shaft coupled to front links protruding toward a front space of the mid mower, rear fixation brackets fixed to rear portions of the mid mower, rotation links rotatably mounted to the vehicle body frame, a female connector shaft connected to a gear box of the mid mower via a universal joint, and a male connector shaft connected to a PTO shaft of the working vehicle via a universal joint, and including a male connector part.

Mowing machine comprising a cutterbar with a pivotable lateral section

A mowing machine has a cutterbar oriented transverse to a travel and working direction of the mowing machine and provided with first and second ends spaced apart from each other in longitudinal direction. First cutting members are rotatably mounted on a top side of the cutterbar and rotatably driven about a vertical axis by a drive assembly within the cutterbar. A joint and drive assembly is connected to the first end of the cutterbar. A lateral cutterbar section is connected to the joint and drive assembly and has a second cutting member driven by the joint and drive assembly. The joint and drive assembly has first and second holding elements mounted relative to each other such that pivoting of the lateral cutterbar section in a cutterbar plane of the cutterbar is enabled. The first and second holding elements are arranged in planes positioned at a minimal spacing above each other.

Harvester Header Support

A header support for supporting a header during road transport of an agricultural harvester. The header support has a header mounted to it in order to reduce a front axle load of the agricultural harvester. During harvesting, a support wheel of the header support is folded upwardly so it does not touch the ground during harvesting. The rotation axis of the support wheel extends in a substantially vertical plane during harvesting. This allows for a simple construction of the header support and reduces the vibration loads on the bearing of the support wheel during harvesting.

An assist handle for assisting an operator with climbing on to, or off of, a ground maintenance vehicle such as a mower, and a ground maintenance vehicle incorporating the same. The assist handle includes, in one embodiment, a grip portion movable between a deployed position, wherein the grip portion is positioned at a deployed elevation configured to assist the operator with ingress to, or egress from, a platform such as a seat; and a stowed position, wherein the grip portion is positioned at a stowed elevation lower than the deployed elevation.

Mower deck leveling linkage

A mower deck leveling linkage includes an eccentric leveling plate connecting between upper and lower linkages. The eccentric leveling plate pivots on an off-center axis to change the length of the linkage and level the mower deck.

COUPLING DEVICE FOR POWER-OPERATED MACHINES

A coupling device, particularly for power-operated machines for agricultural use or the like, includes an oscillating frame which is detachably connected to a hitch assembly of an engine and a movable connection means for associating with the oscillating frame the working means of a power-operated machine. The oscillating frame and the movable connecting means are configured to maintain, during use, the working plane of the power-operated machine substantially parallel to the ground, independently of the plane of arrangement of the wheels or of the tracks of the engine.

AUTONOMOUSLY NAVIGATING VEHICLE

A suspension mechanism has a tube member that is movably attached to an attachment shaft, a first attachment shaft retaining member provided on the chassis to swingably retain the attachment shaft with an outer peripheral surface of the tube member abutted on its inside surface, a shaft lower end portion of slip surface shape provided at lowermost part of the attachment shaft, a second attachment shaft retaining member provided on the chassis below the first attachment shaft retaining member and having a vertex equivalent section and a curve equivalent section to retain the attachment shaft with the slip surface shape shaft lower end portion abutted onto the vertex or curve equivalent section. The curve equivalent section is defined as a portion of a vertical cross section that passes through the vertex equivalent section is formed in an arc shape.

Slope mower with automatic leveling suspension and system for maintaining vertical orientation of mower body

A slope mower includes a mower body, drive wheels, left and right mower decks and left and right support wheels mounted on support arms pivotally mounted to the mower body with hydraulic actuators acting on the left and right support arms to maintain the mower body vertical. An inclinometer measures the tilt angle of the mower body and a controller reads the angle and controls a leveling valve to supply hydraulic fluid from a supply line to the leveling actuator toward which the inclinometer indicates the mower body is leaning to move the mower body back to vertical. The system can be programmed to actuate a leveling actuator only when the detected tilt angle exceeds a minimum angle. Lockout valves can be actuated by the controller to block the flow of hydraulic fluid to or from both actuators if a maximum allowed tilt angle is exceeded.
