An application for mobile devices that enables a server device to control multiple client devices with numerous features and capabilities relevant to both server and client devices, such as learning gamification and safety controls. Running on popular operating systems, this application is compatible with other mobile applications and provides a mechanism for the server device to override internal controls on one or more client devices with ability to configure access controls based on gamification features using parameters that include but not limited to applications, programs, goals, and rewards. This application includes safety and security control features that enables the server device to remotely monitor and control one or more client devices.

ESTABLISHING A TOKENIZED LICENSE OF A VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENT LEARNING OBJECT

A method includes a computing device of a computing infrastructure interpreting a request from a user computing device of the computing infrastructure to cause a license of a set of learning objects pertaining to a common topic for use by the user computing device to produce licensee information for the set of learning objects. The method further includes identifying a non-fungible token (NFT) associated with the set of learning objects and establishing, with the user computing device, agreed licensing terms utilizing the licensee information and based on available licensing terms of a smart contract for the set of learning objects. The method further includes generating a license smart contract for the set of learning objects to include the licensee information and the agreed licensing terms and causing generation of a license block affiliated with the NFT via a blockchain of the object distributed ledger.

SYSTEMS AND TECHNIQUES FOR TRACKING SLEEP CONSISTENCY AND SLEEP GOALS

Methods, techniques, apparatuses, and systems for setting up and tracking sleep consistency goals of users are provided. In one example, a computing system for setting a sleep schedule of a user of a biometric monitoring device may obtain sleep data derived from sensor data generated by the biometric monitoring device, store the sleep data in a sleep log data store as one or more sleep logs associated with an account assigned to the user, and calculate a target bedtime based on a scheduled waketime of the user and a sleep efficiency derived, at least in part, from the sleep data for one or more users stored in the sleep log data store. The computing system may also be configured to provide a number of personalized user interfaces to an individual for the purposes of setting a sleep schedule. Such interfaces may include parameters that are tailored to the individual sleep needs and/or characteristics of the individual's sleep.

An interactive graphical user interface for navigating an electronic textbook includes nodes and connectors connecting the nodes. The nodes may correspond to items of educational content, and the connectors may correspond to a plurality of paths through the nodes. As a user navigates through the electronic textbook, the user may be presented with a custom map of the electronic textbook. A path of traversal may be permanently stored.

System and method for recording and playback of interactions on a computing device

A system and method for providing playback of interactions on a computing device. The system is configured to provide a user of a computing device with the capability of playing and/or recording walkthroughs on a user interface of the computing device, wherein the user is able to directly interact with the walkthrough and user interface in real- or near real-time during playback of the walkthrough. The walkthrough may be tutorial-based, such that the user may follow along with the walkthrough when attempting to answer a question or solve a problem via the user interface (e.g. classroom lesson on solving equations). The system is further configured to allow the user to record and generate a customized walkthrough.

Emergency medical services and paramedic simulation and training apparatus in a transferable environment
09836988 · 2017-12-05 ·

A remotely actuated emergency medical services training apparatus designed to simulate a moving ambulance. The apparatus is comprised of a mock up of the rear of an ambulance positioned on a set of suspension parts controlled by a computer. A lower base and an upper base are connected via a set of air springs, shock absorbers, and sway braces. The upper base is connected to the mock up of the ambulance. Air springs which move the upper base relative to the lower base are controlled by a set of programmed instructions resident on the computer or manually by a joystick controller connected to the computer. Each component of the apparatus is sized to be easily transported through typically dimensioned doorways and hallways such that assembly and disassembly within the confines of a typical classroom is possible.
