SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GATHERING AND ANALYZING BIOMETRIC USER FEEDBACK FOR USE IN SOCIAL MEDIA AND ADVERTISING APPLICATIONS
20170112431 · 2017-04-27 ·

Systems and methods for measuring biologically and behaviorally based responses to social media, locations, or experiences and providing instant and continuous feedback in response thereto are disclosed. An example system includes a first sensor to determine an emotional response of a user exposed to a social media application, a second sensor to determine a current activity of the user, and a third sensor to determine an environment of the user. The example system also establishes a priority schedule based on the emotional response, the current activity, and the environment. The system also correlates, based on the priority schedule, an advertisement with at least one of the emotional response, activity, or the environment. In addition, the example system presents the advertisement based on the priority schedule and the correlation of the advertisement with the at least one of the activity, the environment, or the emotional response.

Spray pattern demonstration kit

The present application relates generally to a demonstration kit for various nozzles. The demonstration kit may include a spray assembly and a control assembly. The spray assembly may include a case having a base and a cover rotatably coupled to the base, a plurality of back wall panels configured to be secured to a sidewall of the base, a boom connected to an interior surface of the case, and one or more nozzles connected to the boom and repositionable along a length of the boom. The control assembly includes at least one pump that when in an operating orientation is fluidly connected to the one or more nozzles and a portable power supply in electrical communication with the at least one pump.

Method and a system for building a three-dimensional model from satellite images

The invention relates to a method for building a 3D model of an area of interest on the surface of a planet. The method comprises providing a plurality of 2D images from satellites, where each 2D image out of the plurality of 2D images at least partly covers the area of interest. Also, each subarea of the area of interest is covered by at least two images, taken from different angles, out of the plurality of 2D images. Bundle adjustments are performed for the plurality of 2D images and the area of interest is divided into parts. For each part of the area of interest at least one combination and preferably all possible combinations out of two images covering that part of the area of interest are taken. Said two images are taken from the at least two images, taken from at least two different angles, out of the plurality of 2D images. Further, for each part of the area, point matching correspondence is established for a set of points for each such combination of two images. The sets of points are combined if more than one set of points exists. Even further, for each part of the area, a 3D model of said part of the area of interest is built based on the combined set of points. The 3D models from each part of the area of interest are combined to a 3D model of the whole area of interest. The invention also relates to a system, a computer program and a computer program product.

Pilot and burner system for firefighting training

A pilot and burner apparatus is provided for use in firefighting training. The apparatus includes a main fuel conduit and a main fuel valve. The apparatus includes a pilot tube and a pilot fuel conduit configured to deliver fuel from the main fuel conduit to the pilot tube. The apparatus includes main and pilot fuel valves to respectively control a flow of fuel in the main and pilot fuel conduits. In a pilot phase, the valves direct fuel to the pilot tube. An ignition component is configured to ignite fuel in the pilot tube to generate a pilot flame. In a burn phase, the pilot flame generates a controllable flame out of a main burner pipe by igniting fuel exiting the main fuel conduit. The controllable flame can be delivered to a training structure for training purposes.
