Advanced patient simulator
A patient simulator may include a pump, a compressor, a power source, and a simulated torso in which the pump, the compressor, and the power source are contained. The compressor may include an inlet to which a bellows is coupled. A head coupling may detachably couple a simulated neck to the simulated torso. Similarly, an extremity coupling may detachably couple a simulated lower extremity to a simulated upper extremity, which simulated upper extremity is coupled to the simulated torso. The pump, the compressor, and/or the power source may provide hydraulic fluid, pneumatic fluid, and or electrical power, respectively, into: the simulated neck via the head coupling; or the simulated lower extremity via the extremity coupling. In addition, or instead, the patient simulator may include an invasive blood pressure (IBP) assembly having an armature adapted to contact a tube to change a fluid pressure in the IBP assembly.
HAIR CUT TRAINING DEVICE
A system and method for training a haircut wherein the system comprises a body shaped to correspond to a head of a person, a plurality of rigid members extending substantially radially from the body and at least one flexible member extending between at least two of the rigid members. The method comprises slidably locating at least one flexible member extending between at least two of the rigid members at a position selected to indicate the length at which hair is to be cut at that location.

Experiment platform for simulating fire in underground traffic conversion channel
The present disclosure provides an experiment platform for simulating fire in an underground traffic conversion channel, including: a model body configured to simulate fire in the an underground traffic conversion channel; a burner connected to the model body and configured to generate smoke; and a smoke imaging system including laser sheet light sources and image recording devices configured to record smoke distribution images. The laser sheet light sources are in the model body, and plane laser light emitted by the laser sheet light sources is parallel to a flow direction of the smoke. The image recording devices are in one-to-one correspondence to the laser sheet light sources and are arranged outside an observation window of the model body. One laser sheet light source and one image recording device corresponding thereto each have a filter configured to filter out laser light of a same wavelength.
Modeling kit including connectors and geometric shapes, and methods of making and using same
A building model connector is disclosed comprising a central body, an arm extending outwardly from the central body, the arm including a first arm portion, and a second arm portion, and first and second gripping teeth formed at the distal end of the first arm portion and the second arm portion, respectively, on the inner surface thereof. The first and second gripping teeth are configured to removably connect to a form such as a building panel. Corresponding systems and methods also are disclosed.
METHOD AND SERVER FOR SUPPORTING GENERATION OF SCENARIOS FOR TESTING AUTONOMOUS DRIVING AND/OR ADVANCED DRIVER ASSISTANCE SYSTEM FUNCTIONALITY
Method and server for supporting generation of scenarios for testing autonomous driving and/or advanced driver assistance system, AD/ADAS, functionality for real world vehicles. A server (101; 500) provides (301) a virtual environment (200) simulating an environment relevant for operation of vehicles having said AD/ADAS functionality and in which is operating: fully computer controlled movable virtual objects (230a-c), human controlled movable virtual objects (220a-c) and at least one virtual AD/ADAS vehicle (210) operating according to said AD/ADAS functionality. The server (101; 500) allows devices (101-103) to remotely connect to the server (105; 500) and users of said devices (101-103) to, via user interfaces of the devices (101-103), control said human controlled movable virtual objects (220a-c), respectively, in the virtual environment (200), and thereby cause generation of scenarios that said at least one virtual AD/ADAS vehicle (210) is subjected to.
Ship model
A ship model having an elongated ship body configured in such a way that the ship body is divided over its longitudinal extent (L) into a plurality of segments that can move relative to one another and can be lowered below a water surface.

Teaching and demonstration tool for simulating fabric construction
A teaching and demonstration tool for simulating fabric construction, which is used for demonstrating the fabric construction and assisting in teaching and designing fabric constructions. The teaching and demonstration tool includes a frame body for fixing the warp strips (6) and weft strips (7), and a plurality of pairs of positioning members (3). The frame body includes longitudinal bars (1) and latitudinal bars (2). A plurality of warp strips (6) and weft strips (7) are fixed on the longitudinal bars (1) and the latitudinal bars (2) respectively by the plurality of positioning members (3). Both the longitudinal bars and latitudinal bars (1, 2) are provided with scale lines.
