Position information providing device, position information providing system
A navigation device, which works as a position information providing device for providing information on positions to a user, includes a terminal ECU that can log in management servers, each of which manages a social networking service (SNS) to which information can be posted, via a line network. The terminal ECU logs in the management servers via the line network in synchronization with a start operation of the navigation device to acquire the whole or a part of posting information on positions posted to the SNS by network users and accumulated in the management servers.
METHODS OF DETERMINING PERFORMANCE INFORMATION FOR INDIVIDUALS AND SPORTS OBJECTS
Methods for determining performance information for an object located within an area include obtaining magnetic field information for the area, measuring first magnetic field data when the object is located at a first position within the area, and determining performance information for the object within the area based on the magnetic field information for the area and the first magnetic field data.
OPTIMUM PATH SELECTION APPARATUS AT PREDETERMINED PREMISES, METHOD, AND PROGRAM
While path search at station premises, etc. has been performed without considering to stop by a store, etc. on the way to the destination, improvement on this path search is demanded. An optimum path selection apparatus at premises, includes: a user entry detection part that receives identification information transmitted from a terminal(s) held by a user(s) and detects entry of the user(s) into predetermined premises; a user information acquisition part that acquires, from the terminal(s), information about a destination(s) of the user(s), information about use or non-use of a facility(ies) on the premises, and information about a product(s) desired to be purchased at a store(s) on the premises; a path acquisition part that acquires an optimum path(s) to the destination(s) via the store(s) on the premises having the product(s) in stock; and an information presentation part that transmits the optimum path(s) to the terminal(s) held by the user(s).
VEHICLE POSITION GUIDANCE SYSTEM AND VEHICLE POSITION GUIDANCE METHOD
A vehicle position guidance system includes a terminal position measurement section, a vehicle position measurement section, a calculator, and a guide. The terminal position measurement section measures a position of a terminal carried by a user. The vehicle position measurement section measures a position of a parked vehicle. The calculator obtains a route using position information related to the terminal and position information related to the parked vehicle. The guide assists the user in entering the vehicle by selectively using a first guidance and a second guidance depending on whether a distance is long or short between the terminal and the parked vehicle on the route. The first guidance provides guidance to the position of the parked vehicle using the terminal. The second guidance provides guidance to the position of the parked vehicle through a notification using a vehicle on-board device of the parked vehicle.
BOUNDARY LINE VISUALIZATION SYSTEM, BOUNDARY LINE VISUALIZATION METHOD, BOUNDARY LINE VISUALIZATION PROGRAM, AND DIGITAL PHOTO ALBUM CREATION SYSTEM
A boundary line visualization system having a terminal includes an image acquisition unit configured to acquire an image including a prescribed location, a terminal state acquisition unit configured to acquire a state of the terminal including coordinates and an attitude of the terminal, a boundary line generation unit configured to generate a computer graphics (CG) image based on coordinates of a boundary line present within a certain range from the terminal on the basis of the state of the terminal acquired by the terminal state acquisition unit, and a composite image generation unit configured to generate a composite image in which the CG image of the boundary line is superimposed on the image on the basis of the coordinates indicating the boundary line and the coordinates indicating the prescribed location included in the image acquired by the image acquisition unit.
Route calculation system, route calculation method, and route calculation program
Route calculation systems, methods, and programs extract from stored past routes, past routes that at least partly pass through a departure point area and at least partly pass through a destination area, and calculate, for each extracted past route, a new departure point side section route and a new destination side section route. The systems, methods, and programs calculate, for each extracted past route, a new candidate route that sequentially passes through the calculated new departure point side section route, a past section route, and the calculated new destination side section route. The systems, methods, and programs compute a cost of each calculated new candidate route and set the new route as the new candidate route having the smallest computed cost.
Vehicle control device
A traveling history learning section circuitry stores learning information based on the traveling history of the vehicle in association with the position of a to-be-learned zone and with the traveling direction of the vehicle in the to-be-learned zone. A learning information obtaining section circuitry obtains learning information corresponding to the position of a host vehicle from the learning information storage section. A display control section circuitry displays a learning status display showing a learning status corresponding to a traveling direction of a host vehicle.

Server device, communication terminal, route retrieval system, and computer program
A server is connected to a communication terminal and configured to receive a departure point, a destination, and a route retrieval request from the departure point to the destination from the terminal and to deliver a route retrieved in response to the received route retrieval request to the terminal. When the route retrieval request is acquired from the terminal, the server acquires route information related to a target route that is a route corresponding to a predetermined distance from the departure point in a terminal-recommended route that is a route from the departure point to the destination and is retrieved by using terminal-side map information provided in the terminal. The server retrieves a route to the destination that includes at least a part of the target route by using device-side map information provided in the server and the route information, and delivers the retrieved route to the terminal.
