Greeting card assembly with simulated background fireworks
A greeting card that selectively opens and closes. The greeting card assembly simulates a firework display in the background of a foreground message when opened. The greeting card assembly has a card section that contains an internal compartment covered by a top panel. A plurality of cutouts are formed through the top panel that are shaped as firework starbursts. LEDs are positioned within the internal compartment for selectively backlighting the cutouts. A light diffusing element is interposed between the cutouts and the LEDs. A speaker is positioned within the internal compartment for playing a digital soundtrack of exploding fireworks. At least one foreground panel is provided that is positioned a distance from the top panel when the greeting card assembly is opened. When viewed, the foreground panels stand in front of a card section that is playing a soundtrack and flashing lights behind starburst cutouts to simulate background fireworks.
Externally-mounted oscillating display apparatus and methods of use thereof
The invention includes a novel oscillating display device, system, and assembly configured to be mounted to an external surface and allow dynamic oscillation movement of a personalized display in response to an external force, such as air flow generated by the movement of a vehicle, while maintaining the display in an approximately horizontal position relative to an external viewer. The oscillating display of the invention may further include one or more marketing messages or advertisements to be displayed to a viewer.
Interactive greeting card with infrared sensor
The interactive greeting card of the present invention combines a greeting card with IR sensor to trigger effects upon the greeting card recipient interacting with the IR sensor. The greeting card contains a hole, opening or aperture therethrough, into which a user may insert his or her finger to trigger one or more special effects such as audio replay, motorized movement of one or more mobile objects attached to the greeting card, or other special effects.

LED retail digital signage
A display unit capable of being used within retail environments. The display unit may include a screen body having a first surface and a second surface, the first surface displaying an array of viewable pixels. The display unit may further include a camera and a housing body. The display unit may be configured to be joined with additional display units, such as like display units. Display units joined together may form a continuous display configuration and have a high aspect ratio.
Assembly for creating custom structures and coupons from printable blank sheets
A printable blank sheet comprises a sheet with a top substrate and a bottom layer, a dry lift adhesive connecting the top substrate to the bottom layer, an object with an intricate shape cut into the sheet, and a coupon cut into the sheet.

TILE WITH MAGNETIC TYPE MATERIAL AND COVERED WITH A LAYER OF PARCHMENT AND PROCESS THEREOF
The present invention relates generally to a tile or panel having at least one magnetic material embedded therein, and fully or partially covered with at least one layer of parchment. The invention also encompasses at least one discrete permanent magnet that is placed at an appropriate location within a panel or tile, and wherein at least a portion of the panel or tile and the at least one magnet are then optionally covered with at least one layer of at least one barrier material, and then at least one parchment layer partially or fully envelopes this assembly. The inventive tile having at least one magnetic type material can have at least one indicia or design on at least one surface, and the inventive tile can be magnetically attached to a wall or another panel having at least one magnetic type material to form a wall or panel surface.
Adaptable mounting system for phonograph records and/or various planar objects
In accordance with one embodiment, I presently contemplate a cruciform support base (20), semi-circular dial (10), and concentric semi-circular brace (16) that work together to support the corner of a record and/or planar article. The dial (10) and brace (16) are fastened to the support base (20) and machined in such a way that they form a simple, economical, and adaptable mechanical unit (24). Once paired with a minimum number of units, and mounted to a wall, they cooperate to display any number of records, planar articles, and/or combination thereof in an attractive, tight, grid-like configuration. Furthermore, the design of this system also allows for any one record and/or planar article to be easily retrieved or stored with the swipe of a finger.
