A signaling device for increasing visibility of a mobile robot. The signaling device comprises (a) a base section, attached with a rotational joint to a side of the mobile robot, said rotational joint allowing the device to rotate clockwise and/or anticlockwise relative to the mobile robot, the rotational joint constructed and adapted to return the device to an equilibrium position; and (b) a body section comprising a mast, the body section flexibly attached to the base section at a lower extreme of the body section.

A locating and identifying device for locating a vehicle includes a pole, a panel, and a coupling means. The panel is coupled to and extends from the pole proximate to a first end of the pole. The coupling means is coupled to a second end of the pole. The coupling means is configured to couple the pole to a vehicle, such as to the roof or to a roof rack, so that the pole extends upwardly from the vehicle to position the panel so that it is viewable to a user, enabling the user to locate and identify the vehicle.

A locating and identifying device for locating a vehicle includes a pole, a panel, and a coupling means. The panel is coupled to and extends from the pole proximate to a first end of the pole. The coupling means is coupled to a second end of the pole. The coupling means is configured to couple the pole to a vehicle, such as to the roof or to a roof rack, so that the pole extends upwardly from the vehicle to position the panel so that it is viewable to a user, enabling the user to locate and identify the vehicle.

A vehicle-mountable child protective device including a housing which is mountable onto a door of a vehicle and including a first housing portion, which is at least partially located within the vehicle when the device is mounted onto the vehicle and during device operation, and a second housing portion, which is at least partially located outside the vehicle when the device is mounted onto the vehicle and during device operation, a flag which is rotatably mounted via a flagpole onto the first housing portion and a flag positioning assembly at least partially within the first housing portion for automatically rotating the flag to a raised position outside of and above the vehicle upon opening of the door of the vehicle.

The window shade pocket system may comprise a pocket having an inside surface, a first wall and a second wall, wherein a roller shade is mounted within the pocket; and a first bracket removably affixed to the inside surface of the first wall of the pocket, wherein the first bracket retains a light source. The light source may include at least one of a light bulb, light bar, light strip, LED lighting or reflective device. The light source may be LED lighting that is modular or provides different colors over the window shade fabric. The light source may include a lens. The light source may be at least one of removeable from the first bracket or rotatable within the first bracket. The light source may be at least one of between the window shade and the window, or between the room and the window shade.

The window shade pocket system may comprise a pocket having an inside surface, a first wall and a second wall, wherein a roller shade is mounted within the pocket; and a first bracket removably affixed to the inside surface of the first wall of the pocket, wherein the first bracket retains a light source. The light source may include at least one of a light bulb, light bar, light strip, LED lighting or reflective device. The present invention provides a modular advertising system. One object of the current invention may be to provide a modular advertising system that may be secured to a pole or other external surface and elevated by a user to a desired height without the need of a ladder or lift. Another object of the current invention may also be to provide a quick-release assembly that may be used to quickly couple and de-couple the assembly from a pole or other external surface/structure. Another object of the current invention may be to provide a modular assembly that can be adaptable to a number of surfaces, such as a pole surface, ground surface or horizontal surface. An additional object of the current invention may be to provide a modular advertising display having interchangeable modular structures that may be configured to vary the position and number of advertising displays presented to consumers.

The invention includes a novel oscillating display device, system, and assembly configured to be mounted to an external surface and allow dynamic oscillation movement of a personalized display in response to an external force, such as air flow generated by the movement of a vehicle, while maintaining the display in an approximately horizontal position relative to an external viewer. The oscillating display of the invention may further include one or more marketing messages or advertisements to be displayed to a viewer.
